Married At First Sight star Elizabeth Sobinoff provides update on her pregnancy as she reveals she is 'dilated' and 'still waiting' for her second baby with husband Alex Vega - suong

Elizabeth Sobinoff has revealed she is all but moments away from giving birth to her second child this week.

The former Married At First Sight star, 34, who also shares a 17-month-old baby girl with her husband Alex Vega, told her Instagram followers on Tuesday she was 'dilated' but 'still waiting' for her newborn boy to come.

She assured fans she is 'not overdue' and the pregnancy is progressing in a healthy manner, adding she was being 'monitored closely' by her doctors.

'Still waiting. I'm not overdue,' the ex reality TV star wrote alongside a gallery of images as she flaunted her huge baby bump.

'Baby boy is measuring very big for where he should be (which is amazing and everything we wanted because I actually had to be monitored closely because he could of potentially been growth restricted) and I'm dilated.

'He's given me some trouble this pregnancy so I'm very excited to meet him soon! I had been speaking to some people who had no idea how difficult it has been because I post a lot of glam fun pictures.'

'Broken record here, but please remember there is a life beyond social media. Thank you so much for all the well wishes I've been receiving,' she continued.

It comes after Elizabeth gave her fans another pregnancy update just a few weeks ago.

The soon-to-be mother-of-two took to Instagram late last month to show off her baby bump while also lamenting on the often harsh reality of pregnancy.

'I got dressed up to get Easter chocolate for the family and a frappe,' she captioned the post, before adding: 'I walked for 10 min and started cramping.

'I wanted to feel remotely good,' she said in the caption, along with a snap of her wearing a pink floral frock and a full face of makeup.

The reality star went on to say she knew it would be 'all worth it' in the end.

'Hormones you are MEAN,' she wrote, adding: 'That sliding door of excitement and joy but emotional energy sucking the life out of me.'

She posted a number of snaps in the photo dump, include a few selfies and some snaps with her daughter, whom she welcomed with husband Alex in November 2023.

Elizabeth also recently revealed a debilitating health condition she suffered during her second pregnancy.

After first believing the problem was conjunctivitis, she said she was alarmed to learn from doctors her eyelid was infected by cold sores.

In her accompanying caption of the Instagram post, she said the condition could lead to serious issues.

'The beginning of last week started off with knowing I was rundown but I was powering through,' she said in the post.

'Then as the week progressed, my eye swelled shut and I thought "conjunctivitis" which I don't think I've ever had before.

'[A] doctor's appointment and a swab later, I have cold sores in my eyelid and what looks to be a secondary infection, the swab didn't indicate conjunctivitis. Antibiotics and antivirals and rest is what I need.'

Elizabeth announced her pregnancy in January.

The former MAFS bride, who appeared in seasons six and seven of the hit Australian series, is expecting a baby boy any day now.
