Marcus Jordan's is Found to Have Had Ketamine Instead of Cocaine After Testing Following His Arrest, Plus New Report Says His NBA Legend Father Michael is Intervening

As everyone knows, Marcus Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was recently found in possession of hardcore narcotics. Initially, reports stated that the ex-boyfriend of Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen had cocaine in his vehicle, but it seems this wasn’t the case.

Fans will recall that the Maitland Police Department arrested Marcus on February 4th for multiple charges. This includes drug possession, resisting arrest, and DUI. This came after officers found Marcus with his Lamborghini stuck on a train track. Reports say a commuter train was only ten minutes away at the time, meaning this brush with the law could have easily turned into a tragedy. Sadly, this isn’t the first mention of Marcus being involved with illegal drugs.

According to TMZ, upon testing the white powdery substance in the vehicle Marcus was driving, authorities determined that it was ketamine. Notably, initial testing of the substance signaled that it was cocaine. According to the report, this isn’t uncommon for the two substances as they are similar in color and texture.

Because of the update, the charges Marcus is facing now include possession of ketamine, DUI with property damage, and resisting arrest. This will likely lead to a lesser sentence for Marcus, as cocaine is a Schedule II drug in Florida, but Ketamine is listed as a Schedule III narcotic.

In more Marcus Jordan news, Radar Online is reporting that Michael is “beside himself” following the arrest of his son.

An insider told the outlet, “It’s a little hard for Mike to process because cocaine was such a big thing when he entered the league, and he saw so many players ruin their lives and careers with it.”

Because of this, the NBA legend is set on saving his son from the dangers that often come from the use of hardcore drugs like ketamine. The report doesn’t say what measures Michael plans to take with Marcus, but everyone has high hopes that he can turn things around before it’s too late.
