MAFS UK star Polly Sellman looked positively glowing as she spent the night on the town with friends.

The reality star, whose 'marriage' to Adam Nightingale ended in disaster, shared pics from her night out as she caught up with friends for a night out.

Donning a sleek little black dress and with her blonde hair in a half up do with curls, Polly beamed as she posed with her pals at a dinner.

After that, the group hit the town, with videos of the girl gang dancing in a club.

Polly looked fabulous in the pics she shared, showing off her two-stone weight loss from the time she finished filming Married At First Sight.

Since March, Polly credits upping her water intake, eating less and moving about more for her more slender figure.

Polly added that she has found a "real passion" for fitness, and keeps to a regular workout routine.

Speaking about her efforts on Instagram, she wrote in part: "I've always been confident, however not so much with my body. Now have a lot more self confidence and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothing whereas I didn't before.

"I dressed well for my shape and size but never felt hugely comfortable just the fact I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities.

"However that's now changed and I don't think as much about covering certain things when I'm ordering clothes and it feels sooooo good 🙌🏼 Roll on the next 8 weeks to see what we can achieve."

Her journey on the show was a far from easy one, with husband Adam making it clear quickly that she was not what he considered physically attractive.

At the time, he was slated by viewers for declaring he wanted a "petite brunette" like Michelle Keegan or Megan Fox.

This put a dampener on the pair forming a connection, with Polly eager for more physical intimacy from her husband.

Trapped in a cycle of bitter and consistent arguments, things reached a head when the pair got into a vicious row in the final week.

Signalling the end of their relationship, Polly chucked a glass of red wine at Adam over the dinner table, after he mocked what she was like in bed.

She later spoke on the Victoria Elaine Bridal podcast about her experience and said: "

"For this series, I wish it was for love, but I would say as a viewer it's sheer entertainment. I wish it was different.

"With how things have played out. What's happened with certain couples.

"You can't say that it hasn't been for entertainment. It's been like a series of Geordie Shore for Christ's sake. It's been mental.

"Unfortunately, the penny started to drop around week two. But I'd say the week after the honeymoon, I, or we, people, should have left a lot sooner.

"But you're so wrapped up in it."
