Teresa Giudice struggled with anxiety stemming from legal issues involving her husband on Sunday's episode of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
The 52-year-old reality star left her close friend Dolores Catania, 53, worried about her well-being from the stress she was feeling due to her husband Luis 'Louie' Ruelas being sued by his ex.
'Teresa is a mess,' Dolores told fellow cast member Jennifer Fessler, 53.
'I know. She's been very stressed,' Jenn said.
'You think? She weighs about three pounds,' Dolores said.
Dolores then shared a recent conversation she had with Teresa while she was headed to her live podcast event.
'So, on the way there, Teresa called me and she's like, I have anxiety beyond anxiety. And she goes, if I pass out, please, call 911. I'm not good'',' Dolores said.
'Now, there's a court case going on. That's as much as I allow her to say to me. I don't want the specifics and I don't want the f***ing details because if it gets out, I don't want to get blamed. I don't want to ruin a court case. Whatever goes on in the courtroom...,' Dolores said.
'Me neither,' Jenn said.
In a confessional, Dolores elaborated, saying: 'There's currently a court case against Louie and it's taken the life out of Teresa.'
'I see a shell of what she used to be,' Dolores told Jenn.
In a confessional, Dolores added: 'Teresa alone can handle anything. But I think Louie gets worked up and Teresa feeds off that. And now worrying about Louie and what's going on with Louie is killing her.'
Dolores suggested to Jenn that they try a 'last-ditch effort' to get everyone together to work out their differences
Jenn agreed and texted Rachel Fuda, 33, that she would be attending her pajamas party after she earlier declined the invitation.
Teresa earlier during the episode talked to her daughter Gia, 23, while she was studying for tests to apply to law school about Louie's court case.
'My daughters take after me. They're hard workers. You know, they're not lazy. They're go-getters,' Teresa said in a confessional.
Teresa added that she was grateful that Gia went to college and graduated and noted that Gia will be the first lawyer in the family.
'If Gia wants to become a lawyer, she becomes a lawyer. Whatever her heart desires,' Teresa said.
She asked Gia if her father Joe Giudice knew she was studying for law school.
'He's so happy. He already calls me a lawyer. I'm like, I'm not a lawyer,' Gia said.
Teresa pointed out that Joe did not graduate from high school and got his GED and she only went to college for two years.
'And my vocabulary is not that great. It's okay, look at my kids,' Teresa said.
Teresa told Gia that she and her sisters have gone through a lot and it made them stronger and pointed out that she was also dealing with a tough time.
'I definitely still see that you're going through a lot with Louie's case,' Gia said.
'Gia, it's been, like, really stressful,' Teresa said.
'His ex is so, like, obsessed with him,' Gia said.
'He's been going to court with her for three years,' Teresa said.
'Yeah, she's crazy,' Gia said.
In a confessional, Teresa said that Louie's ex recently filed a restraining order claiming that he's been harassing her.
'So basically, she's been trying to ruin his reputation. Like, you don't do that. You don't put lies out there about someone and try to hurt them in any way. Like, you don't do that,' she told the camera.
Teresa told Gia that Louie's court case has caused her so much stress that she gave herself a headache.
She also blamed Margaret Josephs, 57, for being behind the court case and said that was the reason she hated her so much.
Teresa shared in a confessional that she was making plans for her attorney James Leonard to explain the situation to her friends.
'James Leonard, he's not representing Luis in this case. He's my attorney. But he's been following this case the whole time. He knows it inside out,' Teresa said.
Rachel during the episode was shown preparing to host her pajamas party.
'The last few times these ladies have gotten together, it's gone not great. But I hope that the ambiance will help everybody have a good time,' she said.
The entertainment at the party, which Teresa did not attend, included a lipstick reader and plenty of sex talk.
Dolores took advantage of everyone being in a good mood to suggest a group trip.
'We had a beautiful time last year. We went to Ireland, we went on a trip. There's a lot of goodness here, but we're cracked. We're kind of like broken right now,' Dolores said.
She emphasized that they needed to move past their conflicts and offered herself up as an example.
'Once you make believe a little bit, it starts to become natural. That's how I started to ...that's how I got along with Frank when I got divorced,' Dolores said.
'Are you guys inviting Teresa?,' Jennifer Aydin asked.
'We're working on it. We're working on it,' Jenn Fessler said.
'Just leave that up to us,' Dolores said.
All the women at the pajamas party agreed to go on the trip and then they all did shots together.
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey will return next week on Bravo.
