MARRIED At First Sight star Polly Sellman stripped to a bright red bikini as she showed off her four-stone weight loss on an Aussie beach.
The former careers advisor - whose explosive marriage to Adam Nightingale, 33, gripped fans of the E4 series - quit the UK shortly after the episodes aired.
Now telling fans "the blues have well and truly gone," Polly, 28, was seen donning her matching swimwear adorned with a white trim as she posed on the sands in Perth.
She pulled on a pair of sunglasses and an anklet as she headed for her chill day, leaving her honey blonde hair in loose natural waves.
Polly made sure she gave a glimpse of her figure from all angles following her weight loss feat.
In her mini photoshoot, posted to Instagram, she started with a face-on pose before swirling around for a shot of her rear.
The unlucky-in-love star then danced around before performing the perfect handstand.
In her caption accompanying the Scarborough Beach snaps she wrote: "England Christmas blues have well and truly gone.
"Merry Christmas to you all."
One fan was quick to write: "Oz looks very good on you baby!"
A second put: "Girllll look at you."
A third then posted: "That's the way to do it Polly."

Previously The Sun exclusively revealed that Polly is no longer in a relationship with Adam, after an explosive row which saw her throw a glass of wine over him.
Polly was told by Adam that she wasn't his type when they met, as he said that he usually goes for "petite brunettes."
Yet she seems to have had the last laugh with her boost in body confidence - and shared her secrets with fans.
In a caption on her Instagram Stories, she explained: "I've just weighed myself (I know you shouldn't at night) and I'm honestly gobsmacked that I've now lost nearly 4 stone... 4!!!! Since March!!!
"I finished filming and I was 16 stone (have been there or there abouts for 2 years) and now I'm 12.5."
She told fans that she has followed a simple three-part method since March; upping her water intake, eating less and moving about more.
Polly added: "It's been a case of upping my water intake, eating less and moving more.
"And I love that I've found a huge passion for fitness again because of the routine I really kept to, and still do."
Revealing that she's not ready to stop, Polly continued: "I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight then when I'm there it's going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I've lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink."
