Over the last two years, Madison LeCroy has been slowly transforming her gorgeous South Carolina house into her dream home. On December 15, the Southern Charm cast member showed off her most recent in-progress upgrade: her porch and front yard.
Back in October, Madison revealed her plans for the porch, noting she was replacing the wood stairs with a new brick staircase "all the way down" to the sidewalk." Now, as Madison showed in her recent Instagram Story video, the brick staircase is in along with a few other noteworthy changes.
"The railings just got put in," Madison shared. "So now we've got to get these painted." Panning to her front yard, Madison went on to explain she also "redid the landscaping."
"I took out [a] fence," she continued. "Added more grass."
Madison LeCroy clarifies a misconception about her house
As Madison has made clear over the last two years, she takes a great deal of pride in her home — especially her front yard and porch. In August, Madison took a moment to clear up some questions about the foliage on the porch.
"Please don't insult me by asking if my fiddle figs on the front porch are fake," Madison wrote via an Instagram Story. "They're the real deal!"
Madison often documents the time she spends tending to her plants and greenery. In 2022, she told The Daily Dish shortly after buying the house, “I don’t want to go and brag, but I just got ‘yard of the month'...Now that this [yard] is mine, I’m like hand-picking leaves out of the cracks of my staircase.”
Madison LeCroy's home renovation projects
In addition to her in-progress porch, Madison has also transformed much of the home's interior, including her jaw-dropping glam room.
"This is my favorite part of the whole house," Madison declares in the video above while showing off the stunning all-white room. "Look at this: This is the ultimate glam room. I mean, I had everything custom-built here: vanity station, sconces here. Everything is on dimmers, which is really nice because I can control the light."
More recently, in September 2024, Madison revealed that she was redoing a room of the house to be her husband Brett Randle's "man cave."
To complete the transformation, she painted the walls and ceiling with a charcoal color, added built-in shelving, and furnished the room with a mix of leather and wood pieces.
