They set tongues wagging by flirting on social media before jetting out to the Spanish island – then wasted no time getting to know each other as filming began.

They joined co-stars including Christine McGuinness and Kerry Katona at a pool party but had eyes, and lips, for only each other.

A show insider said: “It usually takes a few weeks for things to spice up but not with these two.

“Within 48 hours of arriving in Ibiza the sexual spark between them was obvious.

"They clearly couldn’t resist each other.”

EMMERDALE is bringing back a major character for a shock return – and has gone to great lengths to keep their identity secret.

But today I can exclusively reveal it is Robert Sugden — rejoining the ITV soap next month for a limited stint after sex years away.

Actor Ryan Hawley, who has already filmed the scenes, returns as his character’s former husband Aaron Dingle, played by Danny Miller, prepares to tie the knot with Robert’s brother John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth).

Fans know John is a secret killer, so that Aaron is now in serious danger from his twisted husband-to-be. A source said: “It’s the biggest secret in soapland but Robert is returning to Emmerdale.

Ryan has a lot of respect for the show and its fans and really wanted to give them a treat so agreed to come back for a brief stint.

“It’s going to be a huge surprise for fans, who have missed Robert desperately since Ryan quit.

“Nothing was seen as being too extreme to keep the secret, with fake names on scripts, smuggling him into the studios and keeping everything very tight.”

The Sun revealed in 2019 that Ryan had quit the show he first joined in 2014.

He was written out in an explosive storyline that saw him accidentally kill Lee Posner (Kris Mochrie), who had raped Robert’s sister Victoria (Isabel Hodgins).

Robert hit Lee, played by Kristopher Ian Mochrie, with a shovel and he fell, smashing his head on a rock.

Robert pleaded guilty to the attack and was sentenced to 14 years.

But it later emerged that Lee’s death could have been caused by a fight he had with his brother Luke (Max Parker) on the day of his death — leaving the door open for Robert’s potential release.

AS the P Diddy trial starts next week, a new TV documentary will dig into the US rapper’s life and times.

Diddy: In Plain Sight, tomorrow week, will include new interviews with one of his ex-bodyguards as well as former porn star Adria English – talking about Diddy’s parties and her own experience with him.

I revealed earlier this year that the documentary was being made by Lion TV.

Diddy, who goes on trial on Monday charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, is the latest star to have his murky past probed by C4, with Russell Brand and Marilyn Manson also featured.

But this doc may be the most shocking.

FIRST they scrapped Blue Peter’s live shows – now the Beeb are “leaving behind” the show’s famous garden, so beloved of fans.

Although it isn’t being done away with, it will remain at MediaCity in Salford while the show itself shifts to a new studio in Manchester city centre.

Bosses insist they will still film in the garden, but it won’t be like the old days when the presenters could nip into the studio’s “back yard” to tend bulbs and the fish pond.

Blue Peter commissioning chief Sarah Muller said: “The move to the new studio will provide creative locations and visual options that a whole new generation will love.”

I bet legendary Blue Peter gardener Percy Thrower, would have been less than pleased were he still alive.

New series Formula E: Driver meets the stars of the track away from the sport

FORMULA E is the world’s fastest-growing motorsport, but what about the drivers of the all-electric cars?

New Prime Video series Formula E: Driver meets the stars of the track as they go about their day-to-day lives away from the sport.

Featured are Dan Ticktum, Jake Dennis, Antonio Felix Da Costa and Mitch Evans – and they aren’t worried about what people will think about them.

Antonio said: “I hope that people think it’s crazy or bad. If people think, ‘Wow, that’s outrageous’, then they’ll just tell their friends, and then they will come and watch.”

Dan agreed: “Luckily, I don’t think there’s much I haven’t already given away about myself.

“I don’t think I said anything too dreadful, or anything that was outrageous!”

Formula E: Driver is available to stream now.

AMAZON looks to be keeping its word in respecting James Bond’s legacy – by airing the entire collection of 007 films for fans around the world.

From June 1, Amazon’s streaming service MGM+ will feature all 25 movies, from Sean Connery classic Dr No to Daniel Craig's No Time To Die.

The deal will see Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, Timothy Dalton, George Lazenby and David Niven return to screens for a limited period.

Amazon, owned by Jeff Bezos, was handed the creative rights to 007 earlier this year, giving it power over casting and content. It could mean the series gets its first ever American Bond.

Amazon’s 007 catalogue joins the steaming giant’s other movie franchises including Outlander, Rocky, Legally Blonde, Teen Wolf and Stargate.

PARAMOUNT+’s new psychological thriller Little Disasters hit screens on May 22.

The series stars Diane Kruger and Jo Joyner as Jess and Liz, friends whose bond begins to unravel when the former takes her baby to hospital with a head injury that she is unable to explain.

EASTENDERS star Navin Chowdhry and Emmerdale’s Ned Porteous go against Calum Lill and Tyler Conti for the British Soap Awards’ Villain of the Year.

Nominations were released ahead of the ceremony on May 31. Vote for your favourites at britishsoapawards.tv.
