A FEUD could be set to erupt between two Love Islanders who have a "competitive" friendship on the outside.
Casey O'Gorman and Ron Hall have been close since meeting on series nine of the ITV2 show.
However, according to their mutual friend Tom Clare, there could be tension brewing between them if they step on each other's toes.
It comes after bombshell Ron pulled Gabby Allen, who's coupled up with Casey, for a flirty chat.
The move was slammed by fans as a cop-out from Ron who knew it would secure him a safe place in the villa.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Casey's best pal Tom said: "I'm good friends with Ron too, so it's nice to see him have that sparkle on him about him again.
"He's going in there full of confidence, like he should. He's a single lad and he wants to meet someone as well.
"Him and Casey are pretty competitive, but I think it's good to have that maybe.
"When I used to live with Casey, when we were playing tennis or something, I'd always want to beat him. I'd cheat to beat him.
"He's the exact same, we're so competitive.
"Ron's entitled to get to know Gabby as well so I think as long as the guy's respectful about it, then no [there won't be trouble].
"But obviously like with any man, you don't want to be disrespected.
"So yeah, I think if it's fair and respectable, then no, Casey's not that type of guy to fall out with lads over a girl.
"That's not who we are. He's a very respectable person, so I think if guys go about it in a respectable manner, then there shouldn't be an issue.
"But like I said, a lot can happen in that place. A lot of tensions can fly so you literally never, ever know what's going to happen.
"So yeah, I know Casey will go about everything in a respectful manner."
During their stint on series nine together, Casey and Ron went after the same girls and even made a few brutal digs about each other.
Ron's ex-girlfriend Lana Jenkins kissed him moments after kissing Casey in one explosive episode.
Then insults were thrown during group games - with Ron teasing Casey about his height.
Last night, Casey was relieved when Ron chose to couple up with Kaz Crossley as he and fellow bombshell Grace Jackson were handed the power.
Grace chose Luca Bish to share a bed with after a few flirty chats with him and Nas Majeed.
Meanwhile Gabby attempted to smooth things over with Casey after upsetting him by giving a 'passionate' sash to Curtis Pritchard over him in a game.
Tom explained Casey's reaction to the game with Gabby, telling us: "I think he acted that way because he might really like Gabby and this might be a point where he's fully invested in someone.
"So, a little comment like that, he might take it to heart."
