Lenny Hochstein‘s $52 million mansion on Star Island is being rented out.
Just weeks after forcing his estranged wife, Real Housewives of Miami‘s Lisa Hochstein, 41, to move out, the plastic surgeon, 57, who got engaged to 28-year-old OnlyFans model Katharina Nahlik in July, has teamed up with Uma Concierge to offer the home for short-term rentals.
“Discover the epitome of luxury at Villa Pashina in Miami on secluded Star Island. This opulent mansion boasts 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and 20,000 [square feet] of grandeur. With 200 feet of water frontage, modern architecture, Fendi furnishings, and a chef’s kitchen, it’s an oasis of elegance. Enjoy an infinity pool, spa, and personalized service curating an unforgettable stay,” the company’s listing read in a now-deleted post, noting that “prices vary depending on the season.”
Lenny’s rental listing comes after Lisa vacated the property in September. And according to an October 4 report from All About the Real Housewives, RHOM fans haven’t taken too kindly to the news, especially considering Lisa had been living there with their two children, Logan, 8, and Elle, 3.
After sharing the news on their Instagram page, the outlet was met with outrage.
“Omg, he kicked his CHILDREN out of their home TO RENT IT OUT?????” one person asked. “You need to love your kids more than you hate Lisa. Get your sh*t together, man.”
Another person proclaimed, “He has the be the [slimiest] man ever!”
“He’s gonna get the worst karma like I’ve never seen something so disgusting in my life. She is the mother of your children, and this is how you treat her,” wrote someone else.
“His kids are gonna know about this sooner than he realizes. They’re gonna resent him ten fold,” another suspected.
One person also asked, “This is why he wanted her out so badly?! It tracks…”
As RHOM fans may recall, Lenny reportedly went out of his way to treat Lisa “horribly” and make her uncomfortable in front of their children during last month’s move, which saw the reality star relocating into a 5,586-square-feet, $32,000-per-month five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo that Lenny is “contributing up to $17,000 per month” for.
The Real Housewives of Miami season six is expected to premiere on Bravo and begin streaming on Peacock sometime later this year.
