Exclusive | 'RHOC' star Jenn Pedranti on how she and Gina Kirschenheiter made up after fight

Real Housewives of Orange County personality Jennifer Pedranti’s legal issues with her former landlord have been resolved.

US Weekly reported this came only weeks after the RHOC star was hit with the lawsuit over alleged unpaid rent.

Case dismissed!

The case filed by Qian Gao, who leased a property in Orange County to the yogi, was “dismissed without prejudice.”

The dismissal came after the parties attended mediation earlier this month. In the lawsuit, Qian claimed Jen failed to pay all the rent owed.

He alleged Jen “terminated” her lease early. Therefore, she owed $15,000 in delinquent rent payments when she moved out of her home in January 2024.

The landlord said she offered a payment plan, which was “to pay $1,000 on the first of every month starting in February 2024 and $4,000 on December 31, 2024.”

Jen made partial payments equaling $4,850. The balance of $10,050 has not been paid.” the suit read. The landlord claimed she was currently living in China and would need to travel to appear in person for a trial.

So, the landlord requested an additional $1,850 for travel expenses. On top of that, she said the home needed $3,000 to repair damages and clean the premises. Reportedly, Jen paid $4,200 on the bill, and her ex-husband, William Pedranti, paid $650.

Additionally, Jennifer owed her landlord around $12,000 for unpaid rent and other charges. Currently, there are no more details regarding why the case was dismissed.
