The Vanderpump Rules mom celebrated a big day in her life with BFF Scheana Shay and two adorable daughters.

Lala Kent is officially six years sober! The Vanderpump Rules cast member has been so open to sharing her journey to sobriety and going alcohol-free and is continuing to do that as she marks her latest milestone.

In the photo, Lala can be seen wearing a casual t-shirt, with no makeup on her face, and her hair down with her two kids by her side.

How Scheana Shay celebrated Lala Kent's sobriety anniversary

But Lala didn't just get to celebrate the big day with her daughters. Lala's BFF Scheana Shay took Lala out to dinner on Tuesday night and wrote her the kindest, most heartfelt message about her sixth sobriety anniversary on Instagram.

"Words aren't enough to truly express how proud I am of you!" Scheana wrote on her Instagram post. "You haven't always been dealt an easy hand, yet you've always come out on top showing your daughters how hard work pays off. You are SO strong and I'm so proud to be your friend. I will always be here for you and your family."

"Scheash," Lala wrote over the repost. "I love you. Thank you."

The dynamic duo then went out to eat at the Mediterranean and Italian-inspired tapas restaurant, Bacari, who wished Lala a happy birthday, before she blew out a candle on her dessert. "Ilysm," Scheana wrote over the photo, adding the words "sober 6" over it.

Lala Kent says she has an "obsession" with her sobriety

Lala's journey to sobriety began in 2018, shortly after her father's passing, when she began using alcohol as a form of "medication instead of celebration." "It's the proudest thing I have ever done, aside from becoming a mother," Lala said on her third sobriety anniversary in 2021.

"My first priority is always my sobriety," she continued. "It comes before everything because, without it, I am of no use."

In an interview with Showbiz Cheat Sheet in October 2023, Lala admitted that she has an "obsession" with her sobriety. "I revisit my rock bottom, recollecting why I chose to get sober, and then I look at my life and realize I owe my sobriety for being here," she said. "That alone is sufficient to keep me sober."
