Kyle Richards seen for first time after sister Kim was put on 'psychiatric hold' amid 'relapse' as she stops by LA courthouse after eviction scuffle

Kyle Richards was seen for the first time in L.A. on Friday since her older sister, Kim Richards, reportedly 'relapsed' and was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold earlier this month.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star, 55 - who was also involved in an eviction 'incident' with Kim earlier this week - visited the L.A. County Probation Department and Superior Court in Van Nuys.

A source recently told People that the TV personality is 'torn apart' by her sister's battle with substance abuse - and explained the actress, 60, is in 'a really bad place' following her relapse.

Kyle could be seen wearing a pair of high-waisted, denim jeans as well as a short-sleeved, printed white shirt during the outing.

A brown and white-colored cap was placed on top of her head, and partially covered her brunette locks that flowed down in light waves.Kyle Richards, 55, was seen for the first time in L.A. on Friday since her older sister, Kim Richards, 60, reportedly 'relapsed' and was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold earlier this month

The reality star completed the look by slipping into a pair of light brown boots and carried a black, cross-body bag over her right shoulder.

Kim - who is also known for making an appearance on RHOBH over the years - reportedly suffered a relapse and has been placed on a psychiatric hold.

After allegedly falling off of the wagon, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department [LAPD] confirmed to People Kyle and Kim were involved in an altercation earlier this week.

On Wednesday, an 'incident' occurred between the siblings in Encino, where Kyle 'owns a home that Kim had recently been staying in.'

LAPD officers are said to have 'responded to keep the peace after a female reportedly violated a restraining order.'

Following an investigation, the officers 'determined there was no order on file and no crime was committed.'

'Both parties were informed of eviction process and officers kept the peace,' the officials told the outlet.

The officials, however, could not verify if it was Kim and Kyle that were involved 'in the scuffle.'

DailyMail.com has reached out to both Kim and Kyle's representatives, but have not heard back, at this time.

A source also told People in an article published on Friday that Kim's family have 'reached another breaking point with her.'

The insider explained that the actress's 'reliance on alcohol has been an ongoing source of conflict between her and her sisters.'

'It particularly weighs heavily on Kyle, who has always been the worrier of the family.'

'She does her best to take care of Kim - and essentially bankrolls Kim's life, with Kathy Hilton - but never knows where the line goes between helping and enabling.'

The source added that following the relapse and being placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, Kim is in 'a really bad place.'

The family has aimed to keep details of the matter 'private' but 'from the little they've said, it's clear they've reached another breaking point with her.'

Kim has had previous relapses when it comes to substance abuse, and the insider told the outlet that, 'It's the same cycle.'
