Kim Zolciak claimed her ex Kroy Biermann has a “track record” of “being the problem” amid their contentious divorce. Plus, the Don’t Be Tardy star’s bank account could be garnished concerning a $215,000 debt over her credit card.

Throughout the divorce, cops have been called multiple times to their Georgia mansion, where they both still lived even after the separation. Each spouse has made several accusations against the other. Amid their financial difficulties, the exes are trying to sell the mansion, and they have cut the price several times. An auction for the house was scheduled for December.

“I think there’s a track record of Kroy being the problem,” said Kim in an interview with TMZ. “Nobody has any idea what I’ve dealt with the last two and a half, three years.”

Kim shared that she’s trying to take “the high road,” and they’re still living together in the mansion amid the split.

“He has his own house, but he’s not living there,” said the star, who said she “hate[s]” living there with him. “But it’s okay. I have my own house now too.”

She then addressed how police are repeatedly getting involved.

“It’s awful, yeah. It’s terrible,” she said. “Kroy’s cleaned out the house, the storage unit … closet, safe.”

But Kim indicated that she’s hoping to finalize the divorce and be done with it.

“Kroy wanted Thanksgiving but then didn’t do anything for [the kids] for Thanksgiving,” she said. “So I had to figure that out … So then I stepped in and did it. And then Christmas, I want Christmas morning. That’s why I gave him Thanksgiving … I was the only one that bought [the kids’] gifts last year.”

The star said she’s a “rational person” who doesn’t see the need for “any of this control and chaos.” According to Kim, Kroy “to say the least” is too controlling.

Meanwhile, per court docs from In Touch, Kim’s bank account could be seized regarding a six-figure debt she’s allegedly had for years. According to the outlet, American Express sued the star in 2018 over purported credit card debt. Kim did not respond to the suit despite being served papers.

The court granted the credit card company a $215,822 reward as a default judgment. But American Express recently filed a petition claiming Kim hasn’t paid any of it.

Amex told her alleged bank, Truist Bank, to “hold all money, including wages, and other property, except what is known to be exempt, including property in safe-deposit boxes or similar property that you hold, belonging to [Kim] on the day of service of this summons.”

They also asked the bank to give them information about the star’s assets within 15 days.
