Kenya Moore‘s attorney is responding to Marc Daly‘s request for equitable division of the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s home amid their divorce.

Kenya’s lawyer, Antavius M. Weems, is speaking out after news of the couple’s impending divorce began to make headlines. As fans have likely heard, the former Miss USA officially filed for divorce in May, claiming her marriage to Marc is “irretrievably broken.”

In her petition, Kenya requested that a judge grant her sole physical and legal custody of their daughter, Brooklyn, 2, and she also asked that any joint personal property acquired during the marriage be equally divided.

In Marc’s response, he agreed that Kenya should be granted primary custody of Brooklyn, but he requested that they share joint legal custody. Furthermore, he claimed that their marital residence is Kenya’s Georgia home, and he asked for “equitable division of the marital residence” according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, Kenya’s attorney responded to Marc’s request regarding Kenya’s home in an August 12 statement after addressing their current custody arrangement.

“The custody has been resolved in a prior case that has been sealed. In May it was determined by the court that Brooklyn will remain living with Kenya,” Antavius told Us Weekly on Thursday. “Brooklyn has always lived with Kenya. Kenya does not expect any changes to be made to the current situation. She is very pleased with the outcome,”

He added, “Everybody saw Mrs. Moore build her house on national television and it was prior to her marriage to Mr. Daly, so that speaks to itself.”

Fans watched as Kenya worked tirelessly to renovate the 7,200-square-foot home, which she purchased in 2015 for $515K. In fact, renovating “Moore Manor” was the star’s central storyline for a season as she and Sheree Whitfield continuously threw shade at one another’s homes. Kenya’s home is likely worth over $1 million today.

Though Kenya’s attorney did not mention Marc’s legal fees when speaking with the outlet, the New York restaurant owner has requested that his ex pay said fees as well. However, that matter is still pending as the judge has yet to rule.
