Speaking to Rob Moore on the Disruptors podcast, she explained how by posting her procedures in Instagram she's able to have them done for nothing.
She said: "Considering I've got an open book, like you're in a restaurant. I can have any surgery I want from most clinics, I don't take advantage of it as much as I could.
"If I did and really let myself go, I'd look like an alien, and I don't want to look like an alien."
Elsewhere, Katie revealed how she plans for son Harvey to make some money - after he lost his residential care home place.
The former I'm A Celebrity contestant said she is determined to help Harvey, 22, earn “pocket money” and charging fans for videos through Cameo and to meet her son is a good place to start.
Katie said: “Harvey is going to earn some pocket money.
“I got asked the other day about Harvey doing club PAs and I asked Harvey, ‘Do you want to do some clubs and get some pocket money?’ and he said, ‘Yes, mum!’
“So as soon as Harvey is back living near me, I’m going to get him on Cameo and doing club PAs.”
Harvey, who has Prader-Willi Syndrome, autism, and partial blindness, had been preparing to move to a new residentical care placement in just four-and-a-half weeks when Katie was suddenly told the facility could no longer cater for him.
“They’ve changed management and said they won’t be able to cater for Harv because he’s too difficult,” she explained on her podcast.
“So now I’ve got to find another placement for him… so yeah, more drama to deal with.”
