Professionals have come forward to confirm Jax Taylor incorrectly filled out legal docs which confused his marital and custody status with Brittany Cartwright and their son, Cruz.
Jax Taylor’s ‘The Errors Tour’:
People published a clarification of the terminated Vanderpump Rules personality turned villain on The Valley. “Jax and Brittany have already long resolved all matters related to custody of Cruz and will continue to work together privately for the best interest of their son, which remains their overriding concern.”
“While Jax made errors in filing out forms that are usually done by trained legal professionals, those errors will be amended without delay.” In his response, Jax incorrectly said that he and Brittany were not legally married. The timeline of their relationship was also incorrect.
The on-again Bravo TV star also checked a box indicating “other” when it came to determining child support, leading to some confusion. However, Jax said the couple had previously figured out Cruz’s custody arrangements.
The last laugh:
Brittany, who was seemingly the brains of the operation, dragged her estranged husband for not being the sharpest tool in the shed … while remaining the biggest tool.
“We are legally married. I’m guessing paperwork is hard for some people .”
Even Brittany’s mom chimed in to confirm reading is not Jax’s strong suit. “They are married,” penned Jax’s soon to be ex mother-in-law.
In case you missed it Jax’s paperwork errors:
Brittany legally separated from Jax in January. While it is unclear when Jax was served divorce papers, he staged a scene for The Valley. Just after he left his 30 day in-patient treatment program, he had cameras ready for his pre-planned legal serving.
The Kentucky born brunette requested full custody of Cruz in her filing, but is open to Jax having visitation.
