Retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie Kelce, are preparing welcome baby No. 4 any day now. The couple's fourth daughter will join big sisters Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 4, and Bennett, 2.
Kylie revealed on the most recent episode of her podcast,"Not Gonna Lie," that she's mulling over ways to induce labor once she hits the 38-week mark. "I've said it multiple times to anyone that I've spoken to. I'm doing sprints next week,” she said. "You can't stop me."
"Fortunately, for all the listeners, I have asked my OBs about the most common methods, stuff like drinking herbal teas, eating dates, acupuncture, spicy food. Oh, how I wish. I will say my OBs have explicitly told me no castor oil."
Amid the excitement for their new baby to arrive, Kylie announced some heartbreaking family news on Saturday.
The 32-year-old revealed that their dog, Baloo, died. She wrote on Instagram, "When I told the girls that Baloo was going to leave us, Ellie asked where he was going. I told her that he was going to heaven and without skipping a beat she replied, 'Oh! He’ll get to be with Winnie again! They’ll be so happy to see each other!'"
The couple's dog, Winnie, who Kylie referred to as "my first born child," died in March 2024.
Kylie wrote of Baloo, "We were lucky enough to have 7 years with the goofiest, sweetest, most lovable, and tolerant dog I’ve ever met. He wanted nothing more than carbs and pets.
"He was a simple guy, held together by bubble gum and paper clips. The heartbreak is immense, but as Ellie so perfectly pointed out, the Winnie-Bubba reunion had to be pure magic. Miss you already Bubbies."
Condolences poured in for the Kelce family. One fan commented, "we are so lucky to get to have dogs in our lives...wish they could all just stay with us a little longer!" Another person wrote, "Oh no, so heartbreaking 💔 hugs and love to your family ❤️."
One woman added, "The worst part about owning dogs is the inevitable goodbye. Sending all of you lots of love during this time ❤️🩹."
