“Southern Charm” personality Madison LeCroy has snagged a buyer for her Charleston, South Carolina digs just 10 days after slapping a $1.75 million price tag on it, The Post has learned.
The final sale price, however, has not yet been disclosed as the sale has not yet been finalized.
LeCroy bought the spacious 2,800-square-foot abode, boasting four beds and four baths, in April 2022 for $1.48 million, according to property records.

The home first hit the market on March 7. It entered contract on March 17.
Tim Schneider with The Cassina Group held the listing, but could not comment on the final sale price while the home sale remains pending.
In less than 10 days after listing, Madison LeCroy has officially sold her $1.75 million mansion in Charleston. What has surprised everyone is the identity of the buyer. It turns out that a famous figure from the entertainment industry decided to purchase this luxurious home. While the details haven't been publicly disclosed, rumors surrounding the identity of the buyer have caused a stir on social media and sparked a lot of curiosity.
“Renovation and interior design can be a daunting task — homes like this one that strike that balance between being ultra-specific versus needing everything sell very quickly,” Schneider told The Post. “A few potential buyers even asked if they would sell the home with the furniture and the gym equipment.”

Located on Daniel Island, the home sports double front porches, brick steps and a crisp new exterior on a quiet street.
Inside, there are white oak floors, an airy open layout, a living room with a gas fireplace — and a chef’s kitchen decked out with green cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The pad also features a den, a full bathroom, a screened porch with modern touches and a deck.
Upstairs, the primary suite comes with its own porch, dual walk-in closets, a luxe tub and a big shower, plus two more bedrooms, another bathroom, laundry and attic space.
A bonus room above the garage — complete with a kitchen, a bedroom, a living area, a bathroom and laundry hookups — serves as LeCroy’s dressing room. The two-car garage, now with a slick epoxy floor, doubles as a personal gym.

The quick sale coincides with LeCroy’s big news: she’s expecting her second child, her first with husband Brett Randle, 38. The baby girl is due this summer.
“Honestly, we’ve loved this house, but it’s time for something that fits where we’re headed next,” she told the Daily Dish. “Life’s changing, our family’s growing, and I’ve got big dreams, so why not level up?”
LeCroy’s already eyeing her next Charleston-area home with Randle.
“Let’s just say … it’s exactly what we need,” she wrote in an email to the outlet. “More space, more charm and plenty of room for our family to grow.”
The mom of 12-year-old Hudson says she’s pumped to renovate again and plans to bring fans along for the ride.
“It’s got everything we’ve wanted and then some, so get ready because y’all know I’ll be making it perfect!” she said. “And of course, I’ll be sharing every step of the way, so stay tuned!”

Though Randle splits time between California and the East Coast for work, LeCroy’s sticking close to home.
“Don’t worry, I’m not going far!” she added. “Charleston is home, and it’s where we want to raise our children. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
