Married At First Sight's Domenica Calarco has shared an update as she nears her third trimester, looking for advice and solidarity in dealing with pregnancy exhaustion.
The expectant mum, 31, took to TikTok to ask her 233,000 followers if anyone else had experienced off-and-on loss of energy.
Dom said that as she filmed, she felt especially tired that day.
"I feel as though she's literally growing today and that's why I feel extra exhausted," she explained.
"And I really just wanna know, is this a thing? Have other women experienced this? Is it actually a medical thing? Because genuinely, I feel like I am being drained today. Fully. My energy is being drained.
"I could lay down right now and I could sleep until tomorrow."
Dom she'd experienced similar every few weeks since falling pregnant and it was especially noticeable as she felt like "a bag of energy" the day before.
She called out to her followers to share if they'd experienced anything similar during their own pregnancies and found lots of support.
"100% - 21 weeks pregnant with my second. They go through growth spurts, and the closer you get to the 3rd trimester, essentially most of what she'll do is grow! You've got this mumma x" one follower wrote.
"It is so wilddd!! No wonder they say third trimester is hard! I think I'll be feeling a lot more like this!!!" Dom replied.
"Mines every Sunday like clockwork. I can barely lift my head off the pillow!" shared another, prompting Dom to write: "ITS SUCH A THING WTFFF".
She confirmed in another comment that her iron levels are fine, but she had "semi low [Vitamin] B12".
Despite the exhaustion, Dom was able to celebrate hitting 25 weeks with a sweet bump photo.
It comes after Dom clapped back after receiving "offensive" comments about her pregnancy body online.
In particular, one concerning question she's been asked.
The expectant mum, 31, had shared a glowing update at 24 weeks pregnant. Taking to her 496,000 fans on Instagram, there was one thing she needed to get off her chest first.
Filming in her future nursery room, Dom said she had an issue with people "telling me that my bump's so small and keep asking me if the baby is OK".
"Like I'm offended by that when I get asked that question," she said.
At the earlier stages of her pregnancy, Dom revealed she was hospitalised twice since falling pregnant due to "serious" thyroiditis.
She said the health struggles also explained her sudden weight loss at the time.
Dom first revealed her pregnancy news in March 2025.
While she didn't reveal any further details at the time, Dom confirmed she would be "co-parenting" with the baby's father.
"I am incredibly excited about this next chapter in my life and feel truly empowered by my decision to step into motherhood on my own terms," she shared.
"While I will be welcoming this baby as a solo parent, I am grateful to have the support of the father in a co-parenting capacity."
