Details on Craig Conover's engagement ring for Paige DeSorbo have finally been revealed. And despite the sparkler's dim future, it truly did boast lots of sparkle.
In part two of the Southern Charm season 10 reunion, Conover, 36, disclosed some of the features of the ring he made for the Giggly Squad podcaster. As shared by the Sewing Down South founder, the ring featured a 4-carat elongated cushion cut diamond with diamonds totaling a half carat around the band.
"She was like, ‘I’d like you to get me a ring, I think it’s time,' " he recalled of the moment he decided to make the big purchase. However, he added, "by the time I got the ring she was like, ‘I’d rather you wait until after I announce the business.’ But looking back, it didn’t feel totally right. I was nervous, but not the good type of nervous."
"What will you do with it?" asked host Andy Cohen in the episode, which was pre-taped before Conover confirmed where the ring landed on Watch What Happens Live in March. "I’ll bring it back to the jeweler. I don’t re-gift jewelry," said Conover.

Conover officially got rid of the ring on Thursday, March 27, the morning ahead of his appearance on Cohen's late-night talk show. "I just don't need custody of it anymore, so I took it back to the guy," he explained.
The former reality star couple met on the first season of Bravo's Winter House and split after Thanksgiving last year following three years of dating. They announced their split in December 2024.
In early January, Conover said he was very "shocked" about the breakup. “And it’s okay. It takes two people to be in a relationship and you can’t control other people, you can only control how you react to it," he said on his Instagram Stories of the "unexpected" change.
On a Dec. 30 episode of her podcast Giggly Squad DeSorbo, 32, shared that she and Conover "have decided to no longer be together."
"It’s weird, it’s very weird. I wasn’t expecting this," she told co-host Hannah Berner. "Obviously, when we first started dating, you don’t think, ‘Oh, what will happen? Will we get married, will we not?' You’re just kind of like, in this relationship."
The breakup might still be fresh on everyone's minds, but Conover has moved on. In the same interview on WWHL, he revealed that he is dating again. “And I’m really happy,” he said.
But, he's approaching his new dating life with steady steps. “You know, when I date, I tend to date only one person at a time, so I’ve been seeing someone and it’s been, I have been reminded that the universe works in crazy ways, but everything happens for a reason.”
