DEAN McCullough is set for even more misery this evening as he takes on the latest trial.

The BBC Radio 1 presenter is up for the sixth time and in a sneak peek from tonight’s Jack and the Scream Stalk, he is seen struggling once again.

In a first look, Dean can be seen screaming as he’s raised 50ft in the air and is forced to put his hand in a box.

He begs Ant and Dec not to tell him what was in there, but Ant was quick to let slip it was in fact spiders.

Dean really starts to panic and it’s unclear if he will successfully manage to bring any stars back to feed his campmates.

Last night Dean redeemed himself as he teamed up with Coleen Rooney and they managed to get nine stars.

He had to rummage through a garage area which was filled with creepy crawlies to find tools which he would pass to Coleen so she could unlock the stars in the box.

But viewers were not impressed last night when they discovered Dean was doing yet another one.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), fans are now asking for a new twist to the show to be put in place, preventing such a repetition.

"Dear #ImACeleb producers - please change the rules about who gets voted for trials. I'm SO bored of watching Dean scream his way though these things," wrote one.

Another added: "I wish ITV would change it so that if a celeb has done the previous trial they’re not able to be nominated, we need to see them all do a trial and not the same dramatic Dean mmmkay"

"They need to change the rules and have a limit on how many trials a celeb can do," said a third. "Seems like Dean is being maliciously targeted because of a delight in his obvious trauma. This is getting ridiculous and boring now."

Dean is now in the running to become the star who's done the most Bushtucker trials in the show's history.

Katie Price and Gillian McKeith currently share the title, each taking on seven during their time in the jungle.

GK Barry, Danny Jones and Coleen have all done one with him, while Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles did one together as part of their initiation onto the show.
