LOVE Island fans will be on the edge of their seats tonight thanks to the return of the show's most controversial and sizzling game - The Heart Rate Challenge.
The islanders will be turning up the heat in the villa by stripping off to an array of saucy outfits in a bid to excite the opposite sex.
The fan favourite sees each of the girls performing their sexiest moves on the lads before the tables are turned.
The boys will then get their go at trying to make the girls' hearts race.
Shakira is first to hear of the game after receiving a text that says: "Islanders, it’s time to get each others’ pulses racing in tonight’s Boys vs Girls challenge. #HeartthrobMode #BootyandBeats."
American Islander Toni is first up out of the girls and attempts to show them all how it is done.
She is followed by Alima, who renders the boys speechless, and Emily, who is dressed as a sexy angel.
Shakira makes her entrance by throwing rose petals into the air.
But it's Helena who raises the most eyebrows.
She whispers something into Harry's ear as she struts her stuff around the fire pit - and he later tells Tommy, asking him to pass it on.
Dejon is left with his jaw on the floor when the comment gets around to him.
But the boys aren't pulling any punches either, with Conor emerging from the villa clutching a rugby ball.
Tommy is brandishing a huge bouquet of red roses, while Harrison slips into a pleather outfit when it's his turn.
The girls are left screaming as Giorgio makes his entrance dressed as a waiter - before pouring melted chocolate onto his honed torso.
Harry, meanwhile, sidles up to Helena and returns the favour by whispering something naughty back in her ear.
Dejon then tops off the night by laying Meg on the floor and straddling her.
But as usual, the results don't go every couple's way.
When the Islanders gather around to find who got whose heart rate up the most, there are several big shocks - and some of them are left furious.
