GOLDEN Bachelorette star Gil Ramirez is being investigated by the school district he works for and is in risk of losing his job, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
Last month, it was revealed that Gil, 60, was previously served a restraining order by an ex-girlfriend after she claimed he “harassed” and “stalked” her.
Now, the concerning allegations that came to light has put Gil’s career in jeopardy, multiple sources connected with both the show and the school have told The U.S. Sun.
Since 2022, Gil has served as the Athletics Director of Capistrano Valley High School in Orange County, CA after being a faculty member for 21 years at a rival school.
A production source told The U.S. Sun: “Gil’s behavior is being investigated by his workplace.
“Given his job requires him to deal with kids, it seems almost certain he will be let go due to the unprofessional nature of the incident.”

A separate source close to the high school claimed: "The school is very alarmed by the claims that have recently been made public and the proper authorities are investigating the matter.
“That kind of behavior has no place there. Of course, safety of the students is of utmost priority. After some pushback from students and their families, the matter is being looked into.”
The investigation comes after the insider claimed that “parents are pissed” and reaching out to the school, expecting them to take “appropriate action.”
“Many students and their parents do not feel comfortable with [Gil's alleged] actions and the attention it's been receiving.
“There hasn't been a petition or anything formal to fire him… yet. But parents have called and expressed their concerns, they want him out."
Both the Capistrano Valley High School and the Capistrano Unified School District declined to comment when contacted by The U.S. Sun.
According to the school’s website, Gil is touted for bringing “his wealth of knowledge and experience to share with coaches, athletes and parents.”
“Gil's integrity is second to none, when it comes to student-athletes. He encourages the coaches and athletes to always do the ‘right and proper thing’ athletically, academically. and in life," his school bio reads.
Golden Bachelorette fans already spot frontrunners and gush Joan Vassos’ men are ‘hotter’ than Jenn Tran’s young suitors
Gil’s dark past was revealed shortly after the September 18th premiere of The Golden Bachelorette, where he tried to find love with lead Joan Vassos, 61.
According to a 62-year-old California woman who claimed to be his ex, Gil stalked her shortly before filming for this current season began.
She made the allegations in a temporary domestic violence restraining order that she filed against him on June 11 - just days before production for Golden Bachelorette began.
TROUBLED PAST
In the filing, first obtained by People, the woman alleged that her “ex boyfriend” Gil harassed her repeatedly over the course of two weeks.
According to the TRO, she alleged that despite telling Gil to not contact her, he came to her home and "made repeated unwanted contact" with her, family members as well as friends.
The woman claimed that there were 25 attempts to reach her daily via phone, texts and email.
She also claimed that he also showed up in person to confront her at places he knows that she frequents often.
Who Are the Past Bachelorettes?
The California judge granted the woman the temporary restraining order - which prohibited Gil from contacting her or coming within 100 yards of her, her home, her workplace, her vehicle and her children’s school.
While the order was reissued in early July, the case was dismissed later that month due to lack of prosecution, court records showed.
CUT FROM THE SHOW
A source close to the production claimed that the restraining order filing "occurred in the brief period between completion of our thorough background investigation and exhaustive vetting process, and the beginning of production.”
"As a result of this newly confirmed information, we have further edited his already limited screen time and minimized him in promotional assets moving forward,” the insider claimed as for how this was overlooked in the casting process.
Gil, who is still on the current season and has yet to be eliminated, has reportedly had his screen time cut down after his past was exposed.
"The Golden Bachelorette further edited his already limited screen time and minimized him in promotional assets moving forward," a source told EW.
