Court Orders Erika Jayne Girardi’s $750K Diamond Earrings Are Part Of The Estate, NOT Her

Bravo Fans Concerned By Erika Jayne's Drastic TransformationErika Jayne Girardi will not see a pretty mess penny from the $750k earrings she was gifted from her estranged husband/disgraced attorney, Tom Girardi.

The ruling:
The court ruled that the funds that were used to purchase the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star pricey jewels were ‘commingled.’  In law, commingling is the act of mixing funds or property belonging to one party with those of another party. It can be a breach of trust and a conflict of interest, and can have serious consequences.

According to attorney Ronald Richards, “Even Erika’s attorney, Evan Borges, conceded this is a reasonable inference.” Borges claimed Erika “married the wrong guy.” The judge reminded the court that commingling was not the issue at the prior hearing. In Ronald Richards’ professional opinion, he believes this is “Just grandstanding now for press purposes.”

In a nutshell, the court ordered the earrings are property of the estate, and Erika has no ownership of them.

FYI, an update on the $25M lawsuit: The status conference was held September 24th. The trustee asked for them to submit a joint report. The case will continue on November 29th.

RHOBH fans are calling Erika out:

The Bravo TV community doesn’t plan on letting Erika of the hook that easily.

Shout out to Instagram’s Bravo Then vs Now who made a great point. “Can’t help but think of the scene in Barcelona when EJ announced her ‘earring victory’ [while] making a point to shade Crystal.” Erika, in case you forgot, wasn’t happy that her cast mates weren’t jumping for joy at an earlier ruling. Apparently, they knew that it wasn’t a case that would close so easily.

In case you forgot Erika’s energy toward this case and her cast mates inquiring about what they see and hear in the press, here ya go!

Drop your thoughts about pay-for-play wannabe pop star, Erika Jayne, not being granted any ownership of the earrings in the comments.
