If you love watching Meredith Marks‘ ever-changing accents on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, you can thank Caroline Stanbury. They’re tight, so when Caroline, a reality television professional since 2014, urged her buddy to take that leap, Meredith lept. She has since completed four years as a full-time Real Housewives star. In just a few short beats, we will see Meredith’s mug again, picking back up her disengaging crown to continue forging her iconic path on Season 5 of RHOSLC. We love to hear it, and we thank Caroline for her service in this matter.
Meredith, YOU CAN(NOT) LEAVE.
Before Caroline secured her Real Housewives of Dubai role, she was taking the piss out of her co-stars in England via the sadly ended Ladies of London series. But I can’t be too arsed about this closed chapter, as Caroline is equally entertaining in her new locale.
Chatting with Gibson Johns on the Gabbing with Gib podcast, Gibson noted that Caroline and Meredith “travel together all the time.” He then asked, “Why do you two click so much?”
Caroline explained, “I met Meredith in London years and years ago, and she asked me about Housewives because she was like, should I? And I made her do it. So she [Meredith] always says, I don’t know whether to hug you or slap you,” she giggled, recalling her friend’s responses post-filming for RHOSLC.
Caroline then dove into how similar and close she and Meredith are. “We love to FaceTime. We have such a giggle. There’s nothing we can say that offends each other. She’s [Meredith] just a great source of support doing the job because I don’t have a lot of friends on Housewives.”
Caroline corrected herself here, as she knows many Housewives. But she is not tight with many of them. She is, however, close to Meredith. Likewise, “Larsa Pippen is like a sister” to Caroline.
I need to see this one to understand it, so Bravo, send Caroline to Real Housewives of Miami to share a cup of tea (and shade) with Larsa, okay? Meredith can go as well, for kicks and giggles.
Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is streaming on Peacock.
