Brock Davies Brings up Jax Taylor’s Son and Rehab Stint in Social Media Feud

The boys in The Valley are fighting again. The drama started when Jax Taylor posted an Instagram pic of his new apartment. Since he and wife Brittany Cartwright are in the process of getting a divorce, she’s living in the house with their three-year-old son Cruz, while Jax had to find a new place to live.

One commenter noticed a heavy-looking mirror Jax was hanging and joked, “Brock [Davies] could have put that up in less than 5 minutes!!” The reference was to his wife Scheana Shay having bragged in the past about how fast her man could hang things (different man, but whatever).

Faster than you can say Rob Valletta, Jax responded, “Who?” Brock didn’t take kindly to the slight and had a questionable clapback of his own.

Brock responded to the now-deleted post. “Considering you have me blocked, means you know my name,” he wrote. “But a refresher for you, I’m the guy that helped drop off your kid at school while you were in rehab buddy!”

In tiny font below his post, Brock added, “And I use the term Rehab very loosely …” Whoa, extra shady! This commentary is a choice coming from a man who apparently left two whole children halfway across the world. Big choice…

In July, Jax checked himself into a 30-day program at a mental health facility. He remained there until he left treatment on August 19 to begin filming Season 2 of The Valley. During his time away, Brittany primarily cared for their son, but she relied on the support of friends and family for help.

Earlier this month, Scheana discussed Jax’s stay at the mental health facility on her podcast, Scheanananigans. At the time, she hinted that there might be more to the story than what was shared. When her co-host asked if she had compassion for Jax’s mental health struggles, Scheana answered, “Look, if that was the only reason he sought treatment, yes.”

But Scheana reserved the bulk of her sympathy for his long-suffering spouse, Brittany. “I hope that he is on the right meds and the right therapy and just doing what is going to be best, not just for himself but for his kid,” she commented. “Obviously, he and Brittany are done, but I just want her to be at peace. I don’t want her to have to deal with crazy Jax and fight for custody.”

Tensions with Jax Taylor have been brewing for a while

There has been bad blood between Jax and Mr. and Mrs. Davies for a while now. During an April 2024 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Brock and Scheana said they weren’t surprised by Jax and Britt’s separation (Brittany has since filed for divorce).

Scheana seemed to be taking Britt’s side, as she told E! News, “I think it’s for the best. I think she deserves better, and she deserves a partner who’s going to treat her with respect.”

Jax retaliated on his next visit to the Clubhouse, telling Andy Cohen, “Scheana’s a great husband.” Apparently, he was making reference to Scheana being the breadwinner in their relationship, while Brock has been largely unemployed.

Andy could be heard off camera muttering, “It’s mysogynistic,” while Jax struggled to make the “joke” work.

Season 2 of The Valley is expected to premiere in the Spring of 2025.
