Brittany Cartwright filed for divorce from 45-year-old Jax Taylor in late August.
And now the 35-year-old star of Bravo's reality TV show The Valley told DailyMail.com she is ready to date again.
'I would date again, I'm not opposed to dating, but I don’t want a boyfriend right now. I’m keeping my options open,' she shared.
She also gave an update to how she is feeling.
'These last few months, I’ve been feeling OK, but there have been a lot of ups and downs. I’m just trying to stay positive and take one day at a time as it comes,' she noted.
'I think a lot of people have been able to relate to my story about what it’s like to be in a toxic relationship.'
Brittany Cartwright filed for divorce from 45-year-old Jax Taylor this summer. And now the 35-year-old star of Bravo's The Valley told DailyMail.com she is ready to date again
And the split will play out on her TV show,
'On the next season of The Valley people will see what I went through and how I needed to get out of the relationship I was in,' said Cartwright to DailyMail.com.
'These days I’m just having fun and focusing on my work projects that are good.
'I’m working on myself because I need to heal. To be honest with you I thought it would be with Jax forever so this is a surprise for me. It is taking some time to heal and move on.'
On Wednesday she told DailyMail.com that she had a two hour AirSculpt session - which removes fat and tightens skin - in May so she could feel good about her body for the summer.
And the reality TV sensation is 'thrilled' with her 'revenge body' that has boosted her confidence.
She had the work done four months before filing for divorce from Taylor, whom she has worked with on Vanderpump Rules and now The Valley.
The newly single star also shared stunning photos with DailyMail.com.
'I am feeling great these days after getting AirSculpt,' she told DailyMail.com.
'Yeah, you can say I wanted a revenge body. I wanted to look good after everything I’ve been through this year. I want to look my very best. I wanted to get my sparkle back.
She did the session over Memorial Day weekend because she wanted to 'feel great about my body.'
Cartwright said: 'I wasn’t really nervous about it, but I was worried about being awake during the session. However, I played music like Miranda Lambert and the doctor was so nice to work with. He made me feel safe and comfortable.'
'I would date again, I'm not opposed to dating, but I don’t want a boyfriend right now. I’m keeping my options open,' she shared
The session was less than two hours long.
'I opted for the AirSculpt + session which worked on my tummy. The work was done on my stomach. I wanted some help with contouring on my lower abdomen because after I had my son Cruz, my stomach was just never the same. Now I am smaller and I feel great about it.
'It was one session - I call it "one and done" because not only did it take out fat, but it also tightened my skin at the same time.
'It is not like traditional liposuction it’s different.'
And she chose to do AirSculpt because 'it’s a lot easier than a tummy tuck.'
'After I got the session done, I went to dinner that night. I didn’t feel bad. Didn’t need to lie down. It just felt like I had a really hard workout the day before because I was sore here and there.
'You need to wear pads for two days afterwards then you need to wear something like Spanx for six weeks to keep everything tight.'
