Watch: Kyle Richards and Kathy Hilton Reveal Kim Richards Moved Out of Los Angeles

Everybody loves a comeback story, especially starring Kim Richards.

During the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 14 reunion, Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards shared an update on their sister, saying that she left Los Angeles and is currently living in Florida.

“She's spending time there,” Kathy, 66, told host Andy Cohen during the April 8 episode. “You know, I think she's doing better.”

Kyle, 56, also noted that Kim, 60—who was a main cast member on the Bravo series for its first five seasons—was doing “better than the last time there was stuff about her in the press.”

The comment appeared to be a reference to recent reports of an altercation between Kim and Kyle. Back in September, police were called to the Halloween star’s house to remove Kim from the premises, at which point Kyle alleged that her sister had relapsed following years of sobriety, law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time.

Earlier that month, Kim was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold and taken to hospital after appearing incoherent at a Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, per the outlet’s sources.

E! News reached out to Kim and Kyle’s reps for comment at the time but did not hear back.

While Kim’s RHOBH tenure often consisted of clashes with her sister and speculation about her battle with addiction, she was eventually able to get herself on the road to recovery, thanks in part to her volunteer work at a horse ranch.

“Going through sobriety and being a part of this gives you back a huge piece of who you are,” she told E! News in 2017. “I've been given back that piece and I am Kim now. It feels amazing.”

And working to maintain her sobriety also gave Kim a brighter outlook on her future.

“I know that God has more out there for me but my life is so good today,” she added. “I just feel very blessed and very grateful.”
