Brandi Glanville got candid about the mental toll Caroline Manzo's sexual assault allegations had on her when the claims came to light back in 2023.
The RHOBH alum, 52 - who recently shared the reason she has not had sex in two years amid her facial parasite crisis - opened up about the lawsuit during Thursday's episode of the MisSPELLING podcast with host Tori Spelling.
Manzo accused Glanville of kissing her without consent and further claimed she 'forcibly fondled my vagina' while filming Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in January 2023. Brandi has since vehemently denied the allegations.
'The narrative when we got back from Morocco was I was fired for being inappropriate with Caroline Manzo. And I wasn't...It's ruined my life,' the reality star claimed.
She continued: 'I got sick six months later. But those six months, I was in a fetal position on my couch, like, contemplating suicide, being called horrible things. It's so crazy that the press has so much power.'
Brandi recalled that coverage of the allegations worsened over time and changed from, 'gave her a lap dance, to kissed her unwantingly, to sexually harassed her then to rape.'

Amid the lawsuit, the TV personality said that she lost work opportunities and had to join OnlyFans in order to make an income after her savings began to dwindle down.
'And then I lost my looks at the same time,' she said - referencing to her battle with a mysterious facial disfigurement.
'I literally, at 51, started OnlyFans, because I didn't have income for six months and I was like going through my savings.'
Glanville recalled, 'I was making good money and then my face started being crazy. It's just been a really tough time. And then now, still not having a diagnosis.'
Back in 2023, Manzo - who previously starred on RHONJ - made the sexual misconduct allegations against Brandi while they were filming the Bravo spinoff Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco.
The following year, Caroline also sued Bravo and claimed that the production did nothing to stop the alleged assault.
In May 2024, she gave a detailed account of the alleged incident in a signed affidavit, Page Six reported at the time.
In the filing, Manzo stated: 'When Glanville was sexually assaulting me on the sofa, she was rubbing her vagina on me. The producers just watched and kept filming. They saw that I was in distress and yet, they continued to film.'

'I literally, at 51, started OnlyFans, because I didn't have income for six months and I was like going through my savings,' Brandi explained
She alleged that Brandi continued to drink alcohol and then later followed her into a bathroom. She claimed Glanville pushed her against the bathroom door which resulted in her getting an injury to her head.
'[Glanville] then locked me in the bathroom where she forcibly fondled my vagina against my will,' Caroline continued.
'Glanville maliciously sexually assaulted me for her own sexual gratification. She did this by forcibly kissing me, rubbing her vagina on me and then fondling my vagina against my will.'
Brandi's attorney shared a letter that insisted no form of sexual assault had taken place and requested that the network release 'all existing documents and data' in regards to the accusations.
'Ms. Glanville and Ms. Manzo engaged in "dirty dancing," flirting, and playful touching. Throughout the night, they shared a couple of kisses,' the letter sated.
'We have heard about a supposed "bathroom incident" through press leaks, but Shed Media has repeatedly refused to allow Ms. Glanville or her counsel to see the footage in question; there is no truth to any allegations of impropriety.'
The statement further read, 'It is apparent some allegation was made; however, neither the nature nor the source of that allegation has been clarified by NBC, Shed Media, or Warner Bros.

'We can glean from the press coverage - seeded by malicious and deliberate leaks - that Ms. Manzo formally accused Ms. Glanville of sexual misconduct and that Ms. Glanville was sent home as a result.'
It continued with, 'It bears emphasis that Ms. Glanville and Ms. Manzo were never alone together; anything that happened took place in the presence of the cast and crew. All the events were captured on camera or picked up via microphone.'
Last year, Brandi shared that she was left disfigured due to stress-induced angioedema in the wake of the lawsuit.
On her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast in February 2024, the TV personality expressed, 'I feel like I spent a year already and not working.
'Now it's the new year and I have a lot of good things happening. My friends found me a job overseas. I'm not going to say what it is… and now that the news came out, I can't do it.'
She later added, 'It gives me so much anxiety and I think that's why I've had the flare ups this past week. I'm all clenched up. I'm a mess. My health is really f***ed.
'I've done all I can. I've gone to seven doctors, and I was in the hospital for few days... I thought that it was fixed and then when Caroline served the lawsuit - gosh, I can't even talk about it!'

During this week's podcast episode with Tori Spelling, Brandi revealed that she hasn't had sex in two years - but explained that it is 'not by choice.'
She admitted, 'I've lost my security in my looks. I'm so insecure. I isolate in Calabasas. I don't leave my house. I don't do a lot.'
However, Glanville recently appeared in a music video for her track Remedy and said, 'I did shoot a music video [recently] and they touched up my face with their digitizing thing 'cause they were so nice.'
Some of the symptoms Brandi has been experiencing include 'painful lumps' on her face as well as a 'constant oily foul-tasting drainage' inside her mouth. In an update, she said that the drainage is 'acidic.'
Last month in March, the star gave an additional raw health update with her disfiguring skin condition by revealing that her face has 'melted away' and is 'worse than ever.'
The RHOBH alum took to X to emotionally admit that she is 'f***ing miserable' and needs a 'change' in her life.
'I've been faking it,' the star wrote to her followers. 'I'm f***ing miserable. My best friend's been in the ICU for2 weeks & isn't getting better.
'My face is worse than ever. It's literally melted away. When drs at cedars put me on IV antibiotics & fungal medication I was getting better I looked normal but I couldn't afford to stay on them.'
Glanville then explained that she, 'was forced to see drs outside my insurance because the drs at Kaiser had no clue. I need my life to change. That is my real life health update.'
She admitted, 'I've lost my security in my looks. I'm so insecure. I isolate in Calabasas. I don't leave my house. I don't do a lot'

The post came after plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow took four biopsies from her face.
Glanville has previously suggested that the cause was due to 'parasites' in her face but Dubrow disagreed and offered to help treat the Real Housewives star.
Late last year in December, Brandi appeared on Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast and admitted that she has been suffering from 'deep depression' amid her battle with the mysterious skin condition.
The star has also claimed to have already spent more than $70,000 trying to figure out what has caused her health issues.
