FANS have been left fearing for Big Brother stars Rosie and Nathan after they suggested they 'broke up' live on-air during the show's final.
Nathan and Rosie, better known as Baked Potato, formed an unlikely romance during their stay in the famous ITV2 house.
The pair developed a close bond which quickly turned into a relationship when they confirmed their status as boyfriend and girlfriend mid-way through the show.
However, as the series drew to a close last night, fans were quick to speculate that there could be trouble in paradise for the pair.
With Baked Potato booted out of the back door earlier this week, the couple have been kept apart for a number of days.
But it was when Nathan left the house on final night in fifth place that he was finally grilled on the romance from show hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best.
As he affirmed his adoration for Baked Potato, some viewers were quick to highlight his apparent hesitancy when it came to his answers.
Having quickly shut down idea of a showmance, he was pressed on whether he had found "true love" with Baked Potato.
Nathan had previously admitted to "falling in love" with Baked Potato in the house, but seemed nervous to confirm if it was "true love" from host AJ.
As AJ referenced his in-house comments before asking if it "was true love," once again, Nathan stumbled as he answered and said: "Erm yeah... if you want.
"Yeah, okay then."
Nathan shrugged his shoulders as he made the comments with the Big Brother cameras quickly panning to Baked Potato to show her grimacing in the audience.
Reacting online, one fan brutally said: "I think Nathan and Rosie just broke up live on air!"
Another said: "This whole Rosie n Nathan thing is soooo dead. They're not lasting past 2 weeks outside of the house."
A third went on to write: "Well that settles it, they'll stay together for a week max."
Before a fourth commented:"'So it’s true love..' .. 'yeah, if you want.'????? LOL yeah nathan lets quit the pretence."
Last night, Ali Bromley walked away triumphant after winning the contest and beating runner-up Marcello Spooks.
Emma Morgan finished in third place ahead of Hanah in fourth, Nathan in fifth and Segun in sixth
The final night was packed with more drama than ever with many of the finalists locked in heated feuds with Ali and Marcello making a series of digs at one another.
Elsewhere, Hanah was left raging at Segun during her exit interview and branded him "disrespectful" after seeing comments made by him about her behind her back during their stay in the house.
