Bethenny Frankel is saying goodbye to her luxurious Hamptons home.

The Real Housewives of New York City alum's longtime Bridgehampton estate — which she acquired in 2013, according to Robb Report — is now up for grabs for a price tag just shy of $6 million as it was listed on real estate company Douglas Elliman's website.

Listed by agents Noble Black and Erica Grossman for an exact $5.995 million, the five-bedroom, three-bath home spans 2,500 square feet with a 600-square-foot guest cottage and 40 acres of open fields as a bonus, per the listing.

The main home spans two levels and the property boasts a heated gunite pool, spa, outdoor shower, sauna, a pool house with a half bath and an "outdoor chef's built-in kitchen."

In the home's first floor sits a chef's kitchen featuring "high-end" finishes, appliances and more; a living room which "integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces"; a dining area overlooking a bluestone patio, the pool, gardens and more; a den with an additional full bath; and a living room featuring a cozy fireplace, according to the listing.

The main home's second floor features a primary bedroom with a private bathroom and a sunporch overlooking fields and gardens. Additionally, the upstairs also includes three extra bathrooms, a bath and a laundry room.

Future residents can enjoy the home's backyard through the pool, spa and outdoor kitchen — with "meticulously landscaped gardens" and "complete privacy" for the those looking to take a plunge.

As for the home's guest cottage, potential buyers can expect a "fully restored" structure with its own kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, bedroom and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower and HVAC system.

"Beautiful landscaping, patio seating, and a garage further enhance this exceptional property," the listing reads. "This is a rare opportunity to acquire a meticulously maintained estate conveniently located near beaches, village shops, restaurants, the Jitney, train station, and local farms."

According to Robb Report, Frankel initially spent $2 million for the Lumber Lane home in 2013, before paying an additional $650,000 for a nearby property — with the main home being extensively remodeled during decade-plus living there.

She currently primarily resides in Greenwich, Conn., with additional pads in Manhattan and South Florida, the outlet notes.

Back in 2015, the reality star and mogul gave PEOPLE a tour of her Hamptons property. At the time, she described the living room as being used "more in the winter" given its fireplace, showed off pops of red-and-orange color throughout the living room and kitchen and raved about her master bedroom and its picturesque view.

"You could get a blow-up mattress in here," she said. "All that matters is [the view]. Who needs art when you have a beautiful reserve that they can never build on. And this is what you get to look at, this is the whole room."
