As fans eagerly await the highly anticipated “aggressive” season 10 reunion of Vanderpump Rules following the aftermath and fallout of Scandoval, Andy Cohen is revealing more details behind a near physical altercation that went down between two unidentified cast members during filming.

“Let me tell you something — I didn’t leave with any bruises, but I was called into action,” Andy told Page Six of the near confrontation while attending Variety’s 2023 Power of Women event in New York City on Tuesday.

The incident has been a hot topic among fans, and when asked whether viewers will be surprised or “shocked” at who was involved, he played coy.

“Listen, you know who the group of people on the stage are; they’re all hotheads! So I mean, shocked? It doesn’t seem that shocking to me. I mean, it’s a bunch of hotheads in a hothouse environment,” Andy stated.

The Vanderpump Rules cast has been seething after news broke that stars Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss engaged in a months-long affair during his relationship with his partner of a near decade, Ariana Madix. Most of the cast has been predominantly “Team Ariana” and has shown no mercy to either Sandoval or Raquel.

However, Andy is in no rush to pick sides and maintains that while he remains “friendly” with both Raquel and Sandoval, he was disappointed in the pair, specifically Sandoval.

“I would say that as someone who has been friendly with both of them — and he’s from St. Louis; he’s from my hometown — yes, I was disappointed,” Andy explained. “I have an over-10-year relationship with Tom that’s a professional relationship. But also, he’s from my hometown, and we’re pals that way. You want everybody that you’re in relationships with to be happy and successful and thriving.”

Andy also spoke with Entertainment Tonight at the event and went into further detail about the reunion, describing the sitdown as “the reckoning that I think people are looking for and it was very confrontational.”

“There was just so much on the table that needed to be said,” the Watch What Happens Live host continued. “And everyone had things to say.”

Andy has hosted “hundreds” of reunions between all the shows in the Bravosphere, but he says that the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion is one for the history books and should leave fans feeling content.

“I’ve now done hundreds of reunions, and I would say, this is going to be top 10. I think the fans will be satisfied,” he concluded.
