Andy Cohen drops the bombshell: Confirming the existence of S.e.x Tape with Ex John Hill from 2003, described as 'On some funny format' - lulu

Andy Cohen is bringing back some tea from the early 2000s.

The Watch What Happens Live! host, 56, confirmed on the latest episode of his show that he and John Hill — his ex-boyfriend and Andy Cohen Live! co-host — had previously made a sex tape.

During the “Things Andy Should Do in 2025” segment, Hill mentioned that he believed Cohen should “release our sex tape from 2003,” which prompted laughter from the late-night host and shock from his guests Real Housewives star Erika Jayne and model Racquel Chevremont.

“Wait, I kind of want to see it? Is it fun?,” Jayne exclaimed, while Chevremont joked, “Can we pull it up?”

“You know what, I think there is one,” Cohen admitted, before adding, “But the format, it’s on some janky format.”

“It’s bad,” Hill joked.

Cohen went on to note that because of the video’s format, it would likely never see the light of day, since they wouldn’t be able to “transfer it” to make it watchable.

“No, I’m glad. We probably can’t even transfer it!,” Cohen said, to which Jayne responded, “Yes we can!”

Hill and Cohen dated for three years in the early 2000s, when Hill was still a part of the original Broadway cast of Hairspray. As to why the breakup happened, Hill shared during an appearance on WWHL while playing a game of The Exlyweds that “it was just time,” per Stylecaster. Cohen added, “We were in different places in our lives.”

However, this hasn’t seemed to affect their professional relationship, as the pair continue to collaborate on Cohen’s SiriusXM show and on WWHL. However, the duo still make references to their earlier relationship, including in one episode where Hill joked that Cohen was still single because “he’s not able to find someone as good as me,” per Page Six.

As for Cohen, he seems to have his hands full raising son Benjamin Allen Cohen, 5, and daughter Lucy Eve Cohen, 2, whom he welcomed via surrogacy in 2019 and 2022, respectively. He previously opened up about fatherhood to PEOPLE in January 2024, saying that he was “working” on teaching his kids “patience.”

"Kids don't have a lot of patience, but we're working on it. If the toy's not working, they want to throw it. But you want to show them and say, 'Hey, stay with this. Let's figure this out.' It doesn't always work, but sometimes," he shared at the time.

He also admitted that there were things he also wanted to improve on as a dad, saying, "I've enlisted the people around my house to also tell me when I'm on my phone in front of the kid. It's definitely a huge growth area.”
