AJ Brown Takes Shots At Philadelphia Eagles Fans Then Quickly Deletes Posts - suong

Wide receiver A.J. Brown has had three tremendous seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, culminating with a win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX. Despite all of that success, he recently criticized the team’s fans in a series of posts on X (Twitter) then deleted them shortly thereafter.

“Eagles community is so messy bruh,” AJ Brown wrote in the first of three posts talking about Philly football fans.

“Like yall pick sides if it’s not your favorite player. Weird behavior fr,” he wrote in the second post.

“It’s like high school all over again,” AJ Brown then wrote in another post. “This isn’t even my fight to fight. Yall speculate instead of taking what the person just said. Then go on your pages and create articles until the national media catches it. yall always be blaming the media it’s really yall.”

AJ Brown would go on to delete the posts shortly after publishing them and hasn’t mentioned them since without providing any context. So, football fans have been trying to fill in the blanks themselves.

“Won a Super Bowl less than a month ago and this is going on already?” one fan asked.

“If your star player is calling your own fanbase weirdos it proves everyone’s point that Eagles are the worst fans in the league,” another person wrote.

“Tell me when he’s telling lies,” someone else wrote.

“I’m a die hard Eagles fan and he’s absolutely right,” read another comment.

Several other fans referenced the latest rumor involving A.J. Brown. A Boston.com report published earlier this week that claimed the New England Patriots reached out to Eagles to gauge interest in a trade for A.J. Brown. Of note, A.J. Brown previously played for new Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel when they were both with the Tennessee Titans. In fact, Vrabel actually talked about Brown on WEEI Radio in January.

“I’m proud of his development, his personal development, and working on himself, and getting back to center,” Vrabel said, ” He’s a passionate player, and I love him to death. And I have a very, very close relationship with him.”
