Congratulations are in order for Aaron Judge and his wife, Samantha Bracksieck.
The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Nora Rose Judge, on Jan. 27, as seen in a message the Yankees slugger shared Wednesday on Instagram.
“What an incredible week it’s been, can’t wait for the memories the three of us make,” Judge, 32, wrote, including a black and white photo of their newborn’s feet.

Judge previously said he missed the Baseball Writers’ Association of America Awards — where he was awarded the unanimous 2024 AL MVP on Jan. 26 — because his wife was giving birth “any day.”
At the time, Judge accepted the award via a video call.
The couple, who are fairly private about their personal life, did not announce they were expecting.

Judge and his wife, who are high school sweethearts, got married in Hawaii in December 2021.
Bracksieck, who was never photographed publicly while pregnant, supported Judge during the Yankees’ World Series run last year.
The Yankees fell short against the Dodgers in five games in the October Fall Classic.
New York had a nightmarish fifth inning of Game 5 — including errors committed by Judge, Anthony Volpe and Gerrit Cole — that helped seal the win for Los Angeles.

Judge previously said that Bracksieck encouraged him to pursue a new Yankees deal before they agreed on a nine-year, $360 million contract in December 2022.
