ZARA McDermott has bought a brand new home worth half a million pounds - and it's around the corner from ex Sam Thompson.
The former couple split up at the start of the year and Zara has since moved out of their West London mansion.
And now The Sun can reveal Zara has snapped up a brand new property of her own - to the tune of approximately £500,000.
The abode is located in West London and said to be nearby to ex Sam's Chelsea house.
A source said: “She bought it two weeks ago under her company name, it’s a two bed flat in a nice area and weirdly, not that far from where she lived with Sam.
"It will make it really awkward when they cross paths at the local pub or in a coffee shop, though."
Earlier this week, the pair's followers went into to overdrive when they noticed the both recently started following each on Instagram.
Not only that, eagle-eyed fans spotted that Louis' sisters, including make-up artist Lottie Tomlinson, and twins Daisy and Phoebe, follow Zara too.
And now it's been been noticed that they have "liked" each others recent sexy pics on Instagram.
Although neither Sam or Zara have publicly addressed their split, it’s believed it was largely down to their increasingly busy schedules keeping them apart.
A source previously lifted the lid on the reasons behind the breakup, telling MailOnline: "Sam and Zara have ended their relationship.
"It's been an incredibly difficult decision for them to part ways; they still care and have a lot of love for each other.
"But after a tough year of working hard at their romance, they have split and will be focusing on their individual careers going forward into 2025.
"There has been no scandal or fallout between them, it's just the result of a difficult year, where they both had to spend a lot of time focused on their own projects."
