The drama surrounding The Valley’s Zack Wickham has taken a shocking new turn as fans accuse his legal team of launching a targeted intimidation campaign against Simon Curtis’s supporters — and the receipts are already flooding social media.
What began as an explosive Instagram rant from Simon — in which he accused Wickham of “parasiting” his way onto reality TV, drunkenly attempting to fight him outside Jax’s Bar, and stealing a design from an independent artist — has now escalated into what fans are calling a “dangerous abuse of power.” According to multiple sources and direct messages obtained by @vanderpodrecaps and other Bravo fan pages, several fans who reposted or supported Simon’s original claims say they received unsolicited direct messages from an account allegedly linked to Wickham’s legal representation.
The messages, described by some as “aggressive” and “thinly veiled threats,” warned fans to “cease sharing defamatory content about Mr. Wickham or face legal consequences.” Some of the DMs even referenced the fans’ usernames and tagged posts, creating an atmosphere of fear and online surveillance.
“It’s one thing to go after Simon,” one longtime Valley viewer wrote on Reddit, “but threatening random fans who reposted a Story? That’s next-level unhinged.”
Screenshots of the messages began circulating late Tuesday night, with one user posting a message allegedly from “LegalRep4ZW” that read:
“You are now on notice. Repeating false claims about Mr. Wickham makes you legally liable. Please delete your repost of @SimonCurtis’s story or we will proceed accordingly.”
The reaction was immediate — and brutal.
Within hours, “#ZackTheThreat” began trending on X (formerly Twitter), with dozens of fans banding together to expose what they called a “bullying tactic from someone whose career was built on riding other people’s coattails.” Some fans even accused Wickham of weaponizing legal intimidation to silence public discourse, a move that eerily mirrors past reality TV conflicts where cast members have allegedly used cease and desist letters as tools of manipulation.
“Zack Wickham has officially entered the Lisa Rinna school of silencing criticism,” one fan tweeted. “But guess what? We screenshot everything.”
Meanwhile, Simon Curtis himself posted a cryptic Story of his own: a close-up photo of his laptop with the caption, “Lawyered up too, babe. Try me.”
Bravo has not officially commented on the incident, but insiders tell DailyMail+ that the network is “monitoring the situation closely” and that Zack’s continued off-screen controversies are raising serious questions about his future on the show.
Several Valley cast members are said to be “distancing themselves” from Wickham amid the growing fallout, with one insider claiming that “Kristen [Doute] is done protecting him, and Brittany [Cartwright] is officially out.”
And it doesn’t end there. One fan group has reportedly compiled a Google Drive folder with over 40 screenshots of DMs and deleted replies that they plan to release publicly if Wickham’s team doesn’t back down.
“Zack thought he could scare people into silence,” another user posted. “But now he’s just guaranteed we’ll never shut up.”
As the controversy continues to spiral, one thing is clear: when you go after the fans, the fans fight back — and in Zack Wickham’s case, the damage may already be done.
Stay tuned.
