YouTuber Adam Newell Says Call With Whitney Rose Was “Cleverly Edited” on RHOSLC and Shares What Actually Happened With Biz Drama With Lisa Barlow as He Confirms He Was on the Phone With Whitney in Infamous Scene

YouTuber Adam Newell tuyên bố anh đã nói chuyện với Whitney Rose trong cuộc gọi điện thoại khét tiếng của RHOSLC, nói rằng cuộc trò chuyện đã được "chỉnh sửa khéo léo" và chia sẻ những gì thực sự đã xảy raYouTuber Adam Newell claimed he spoke to Whitney Rose in the infamous Real Housewives of Salt Lake City phone call about Lisa Barlow. The influencer alleged that the call was “cleverly edited,” and he shared what he actually told Whitney.

In the episode, Whitney talked on the phone with a man, who seemingly claimed that a source insinuated that Lisa leaked allegations that Whitney’s business sourced products from Alibaba.

According to Adam on his Up and Adam! YouTube channel, he previously warned Whitney about the allegation, which he heard about from Dana Wilkey‘s Patreon. Whitney apparently replied that she’s “never” sourced “anything” from Alibaba.

“She [told me], ‘This is not true, and not only is this not true, but this is what happens when they start filming, that the girls try drumming up storylines in order to use them and weaponize them against other cast members who they’re trying to take down,'” Adam recalled.

He said he casually discussed this with castmate Meredith Marks, as he’s friends with many Housewives. The YouTuber said Meredith is also his friend, but she doesn’t “feed” him info.

Meredith allegedly told him that there’s “no way” the Alibaba allegations are true.

Adam then claimed he was the man on the phone call about Lisa.

“Whitney asked [me] because she was trying to get me to provide proof. She said, ‘I think Lisa Barlow is behind this,'” he stated. “I texted her and — after everything that she told me, I was sleeping on it — and I said, ‘Yeah it’s Lisa Barlow. It has to be. I think it is.’ [I said this] after everything she told me, but I didn’t have proof.”

“So Whitney asked me to look into it and find out who it was. I reached out to Dana Wilkey. Dana Wilkey said it’s not Lisa Barlow,” he went on. “So in my phone call … with Whitney, she said, ‘Hey I just need to have this phone conversation for continuity for the storyline … Can you just call?'”

But according to Adam, they actually discussed “two separate topics.” One topic, he said, was an account that Whitney wanted to learn about — an account that was allegedly attacking her daughter. He claimed she wanted this info at the time because she was figuring out if she wanted to be friends with alum Monica Garcia, and she needed to make sure Monica wasn’t involved with the account.

He alleged there was “clever editing” regarding the “two separate conversations” in the scene.

“They put the confessional in the middle of the conversation, and I was telling [Whitney], ‘Hey, oh my God, I talked to the person, a different person behind social media who is very well-versed with a lot of these accounts.’ And normally if somebody won’t give up their source, which, I will never give up my sources, I will ask them, ‘Can I ask you questions?'” he continued. “And the person I talked to about the accounts alluded to Lisa Barlow having or running these fake accounts or having something to do with them.”

“But the way that the phone call was clipped together … makes it look was as if Lisa Barlow was … the one behind feeding the information to Dana Wilkey,” he said. “[I] did not say that.”

Adam claimed he has texts and receipts that prove he’s telling the truth, but he won’t leak them unless he “completely get[s] trashed on Bravo.”
