"You may want to talk to Andy Cohen about that" – Terry Dubrow drops bombshell hint that Bravo’s NextGen franchise is heading to LA as fans speculate son Nick Dubrow is already in talks to lead the West Coast spinoff

ImageIn a candid and carefully worded reveal, Botched star and Real Housewives husband Dr. Terry Dubrow has set Bravo fans ablaze with speculation after hinting that his son, Nick Dubrow, may be involved in the early stages of a NextGen expansion — this time on the West Coast.

Speaking to Page Six, the longtime Bravo fixture didn’t hold back when asked about the potential of a NextGenNYC-style franchise set in Los Angeles. And while he remained technically noncommittal, his comments read like a carefully calculated soft-launch.

“I have this son, this amazing son—Nick Dubrow, I don't know if you know him—I can't confirm or deny but he may have been approached, there may be some things brewing. You may want to talk to Andy Cohen about that,” Terry teased.

While Dubrow stopped short of confirming any contracts or casting news, the message was clear: Bravo is actively exploring NextGen territory beyond New York, and LA appears to be the leading contender.

Terry made an even more compelling case for Los Angeles as the next hotspot, pointing out the unparalleled concentration of celebrity offspring in the City of Angels — many of whom are already intertwined with the Bravo universe or have grown up in the reality TV spotlight.

“Of all the ‘Next Gen’ places, LA is probably the best because think about how many people you know about in the Bravo universe and out of the Bravo universe who have kids who we know who they are, they look like their parents, they’re in the scene, it’s very dynamic.”

Nick Dubrow, the son of Terry and Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, is no stranger to the spotlight himself. He’s made several appearances on RHOC, most recently during Heather’s return seasons. With his good looks, charismatic on-camera presence, and well-connected family, Nick would be a natural fit for a NextGenLA ensemble.

The NextGenNYC concept — still in development at Bravo — aims to highlight the children of iconic Housewives and Bravolebrities as they come into adulthood, navigating relationships, careers, family legacy, and the pressures of fame in a new era. Expanding this format to LA not only makes logistical sense, it also sets the stage for a glitzier, even more high-profile dynamic.

While no official comment has come from Bravo or Andy Cohen yet, Terry Dubrow’s thinly veiled name-drop suggests casting conversations are already underway — and that the Dubrow legacy could soon have a new chapter, this time starring the next generation.

Fans are already speculating about which other famous Bravo kids might be approached for the Los Angeles spinoff, with names like Portia Umansky (daughter of Kyle Richards), Riley Burruss (daughter of Kandi Burruss), and even Gia Giudice (should she relocate west) topping early wishlists.

If Bravo pulls the trigger, NextGenLA could be the franchise’s biggest experiment yet — and Nick Dubrow might just be the face of it.
