He could be seen standing outside Buckingham Palace, and answered various questions about Alessia, as well as his time in Casa Amor on Love Island.

The bombshell was part of one of the most savage Casa Amor recouplings the show’s seen in years.

Gio had been given the greenlight to bring back someone new from his friendship partner Billykiss, but the Italian decided to return alone - as a result, he was dumped from the villa.

But now presenter Jenni Falconer revealed he’ll be returning, as she asked him about the fact that he’s gearing up to fly back to Mallorca.

She said: “I mean it's crazy for you because not only are you coming to be a part of this but then you have to fly back to Mallorca after this."

Giorgio was then seen looking awkward as he attempted a response to the statement.

Neither confirming nor denying that he was off the villa, the dumped star said: "Yeah I do, yeah, yeah, so, um, it'll be good, we'll see."

Jenni told Giorgio how exciting it was that he'd be heading back

It's been seen in many past episodes of Love Island that the dumped Islanders will return to the show, often to give their verdicts on the remaining couples.

Viewers don't have long to find who will be crowned the winners of the summer series, as the finale is fast approaching.

It will air on Monday, August 4, from 9pm to 10.35pm.

This year's series has been nothing short of dramatic, and concerned viewers have tuned in to watch the effects of a love triangle unfold

Shakira then ended her own partnership with Conor Phillips as she admitted that she had 'suppressed emotions' over Harry.

The islanders were then shown a damning clip at the Grafties award ceremony that caused major drama.

Harry was spotted to be openly flirting with Shakira and suggested it was a "good idea" that they spend time with each other.

He then told Conor that he only felt a 'friendship' connection wirth Helena as he called his bond with Shakira more 'natural'.

And recent scenes show that Harry and Shakira's romance is getting back on track as they were spotted intimately snuggling together upstairs.
