PALS of Love Island bombshell Yasmin Pettet have revealed the secret behind her perfect alignment.
Recently, some ITV2 viewers have claimed the Love Island singleton is an "AI bot" due to her poker-straight posture, glitches on screen and serious expressions.
After seeing Yasmin, 24, slumped on the sofa in a rare break from her lengthened spine, they even joked there had been a "glitch in the matrix."
Yet many have been in admiration over her stance - whether it be in seated or standing - and one took to X to put: "God forbid a girl has good posture ffs."
Another posted: "Tbf she does have very good posture! Wish mine was that good."
Now her pal Megi has taken to TikTok to claim Pilates is commercial banking executive Yasmin's secret.
She posted a video from inside a reformer studio alongside another pal, which saw them perched on the equipment.
Megi quipped over Yasmin's posture and put: "I still look like the hunchback next to her tho."
She then added a tongue-in-cheek comment which read: "YasGPT secret to that perfect posture."
While reformer Pilates hits the headlines - with former show star Claudia Fogarty even qualifiying to be an instructor - many fitness fans also opt for Pilates matwork.
On the NHS website, it states the benefits of the exercise regime - first founded by German Joseph Pilates.
A comment on the website reads: "Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility.
"It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels."
Her pal Megi also poured cold water on the AI claims, uploading a clip showing Yasmin speaking direct to the camera.
She added the words: "For you Yasmin AI conspiracists.
"Yas is a real person fyi."
BIZARRE SUGGESTION
The claim gained traction on social media when Yasmin appeared unusually rigid during a recoupling.
Viewers noted that she stood stiffly by the firepit, blinking slowly and barely reacting to the events unfolding around her.
Clips of Yasmin sitting bolt upright in a bikini during added fuel to the theory, with fans then describing her as “glitching” and “robotic”.
One TikTok user posted a video of Yasmin with the caption: “She genuinely scares me,” while another joked, “Is Yasmin AI?” on X, formerly Twitter.
A third viewer wrote: “I saw someone say Yasmin is AI and bro she is literally not real.”
Yet she has swiftly become popular during her shorter stint in the villa.
Viewers recently demanded her "vile" former show partner Ben be kicked off the series after he cruelly told her "no one wants you in here."
