Andy Cohen looked visibly upset after Jeff Lewis whacked in the head while playing a game on his late-night talk show, Watch What Happens Live.
In a clip, uploaded to WWHL's official Instagram on Tuesday night, the show host, 56, can be seen failing to recall who was the 'very first' guest to plead the fifth on his show.
'Oh my God, I have no idea,' he tells Real Housewives of Dubai Caroline Stanbury, who asked the question.
As punishment for flubbing the question, Cohen instructs Lewis, 54, to hit him over the head with a bottle, made out of prop glass.
Before even striking Cohen, Lewis apologizes, but ends up getting called out by the producer, who insists the smack was 'was too much.'

In response, Lewis replies: 'Okay, I'm sorry.'
Cohen, then, reminds him: 'We talked earlier about going light on each other!'
'Jeff and Andy are truly an iconic duo. It’s clear that their friendship is genuine in all ways,' one fan commented under the post.
Another wrote: 'in defense of Jeff Lewis the hit really didn’t seem that hard.'
'Gold!!!! Jeff and Andy never disappoints,' a third said of the pair's banter.
A fourth agreed that the 'two together are quite the entertainment.'
Over the years, the pair have publicly butted heads, including when Lewis accused Lewis of 'voting against' him to cancel his HGTV series, Flipping Out.
During an awkward exchange on WWHL, Lewis brought up his canceled reality show.

'I was there 11 years before you fired me,' the interior designer, who is originally from Orange County, recalled.
Cohen shot back that he didn't have him fired and was 'not in charge of programming at Bravo at the time.'
'But you voted against me,' Lewis said. 'But whatever, it doesn't matter.'
Cohen, who seemed irritated, clarified: 'You asked me whether I would have voted against you, and I said, "I thought it was time for Flipping Out to end."'

Lewis concluded the argument by thanking Cohen for giving him 'radio' which he loves 'so much.'
Back in 2018, Lewis, who hosts a radio show on Andy’s Sirius XM network, claimed Cohen lost his temper with him after he shared a shady post about Bravo failing to renew Flipping Out.
At the time, Lewis said on his show that they have a 'sibling type of a relationship.'
'I normally would never read his texts on air — but the reason I would read this is that he has changed his strategy with me,' he said. 'Yesterday, I think when it happened, he thought, "I’m not getting through to him by screaming at him. I’m not getting through to him by writing nasty, threatening texts. I’m going to try a different strategy.'”
In one text allegedly from Cohen, Lewis claimed the media mogul slammed him for 'vilifying the network' with his social media post.
Lewis wrote back that he was not attempting to vilify the network, but was letting 'competitors know' he was 'a free agent.'
