Now that Teddi Mellencamp is experiencing a major life change as she separates from her husband Edwin Arroyave, some are wondering if she could potentially return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, or perhaps even start anew on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.
In fact, a fan asked Andy Cohen this very question during Bravo Fan Fest's "Ask Andy" panel on Nov. 23. However, before the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host could answer, the panel's audience made their thoughts on the matter known.
As such, Andy responded, "It doesn’t seem like the crowd is that enthusiastic."
"I don’t know why she has become such a villain in the audience’s perspective," he continued. "She seems to be a truth teller and she's very smart, I think. But I don't know."
After all, "We just started Beverly Hills," Andy added, referencing the show's recent Season 14 premiere. "So, we're not thinking about casting for next season right now."
As for RHOC, which just had its Season 18 finale and subsequent three-part reunion, Andy concluded, "I think we're good right now for OC."
Teddi departed RHOBH after Season 10 concluded in September 2020. She made the announcement in a video shared to Instagram, which she captioned, "You heard it here last. Yes, it’s true, I am not coming back to #RHOBH. Thank you to @bravotv, @evolutionusa, @bravoandy and all of the amazing women for the support (and the shade) for the past three years. Back to the shadows I go."
Andy later praised the way Teddi shared the news, stating on his SiriusXM show Radio Andy, "Teddi Mellencamp released what I thought was one of the most no B.S. 'I'm leaving' announcements on record. I thought that was really good."
All three 'Wives have recently weighed in on Teddi and Edwin's split.
Kyle, for her part, was the first to admit she wasn't surprised by the separation news.
"Obviously I wasn’t surprised because I speak to her every day," Kyle said in an interview with E! News. "I'm sad. I see two people that I know once really loved each other very much — and I’m sure still do — and have this beautiful family and you see them go through something like this. I feel like we’re just getting way too comfortable seeing this now in our group."

Erika shared a similar sentiment, admitting she felt "sadness" for Teddi and Edwin. "I know that these things aren't easy, and I'm friends with Teddi," Erika said in an interview with The Daily Dish. "And I want nothing but the best for her and the children."
Tamra, meanwhile, told Us Weekly, "I cannot really share too much."
"This is Teddi and Edwin’s life and they’ve been married for a long time and they have four kids and I just wish her and Edwin well," she continued, referring to the couple's three children and Edwin's daughter from a previous relationship. "I hope that they get to work it out — however and whatever that looks like to them. I know that they’re both amazing people."
