Lateasha “Sweet Tea” Lunceford isn’t holding back as she navigates her second season on Married to Medicine. With the reunion approaching, she’s addressing her ongoing tension with Quad Webb and sharing why she believes her husband’s ex-wife may be jealous of her.
In a recent interview with Bossip, Sweet Tea suggested that Quad still harbors resentment over losing access to Dr. Gregory Lunceford, who divorced her in 2019 before marrying Sweet Tea in 2023. She believes Quad hasn’t fully moved on and may struggle with seeing Dr. G build a new life with her.
Beyond their shared connection to Dr. G, Sweet Tea also hinted that Quad might envy her growing family. She pointed out that she and her husband are actively working on starting a family and noted that she’s heard Quad has expressed interest in having a child as well.
This isn’t the first time Sweet Tea has brought up the topic. Back in December, she claimed in a YouTube video that an unseen argument between them started when Quad confronted her about not being invited to her bachelorette party.
As the season nears its end, the tension between the two continues to build, setting the stage for what could be an explosive reunion.
