Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are convinced that an original cast member is set to return to the series.
The long-running reality show is currently in the middle of its sixteenth season following a soft 'reboot' that saw the series take a temporary pause for a cast shake up.
The current cast consists of newcomers Brit Eady, Kelli Ferrell, and Angela Oakley, while former supporting star Shamea Morton was upgraded to full time Housewife status. '
Drew Sidora returned for the show, along with Cynthia Bailey in a supporting role, while both Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks made their respective returns to the franchise after several seasons away.
Kenya Moore also came back for the current season, but was suspended from the show just a few weeks info filming after publicly displaying pornographic material that featured one of her co-stars.
Now fans are convinced that Kenya is gone for good and that a RHOA OG will take her place for season 17.
While many fans have called for Nene Leakes to return, the cast member rumored to be making a comeback is none other than Sheree Whitfield.
The speculation kicked off after Sheree was announced to appear at this year's Bravocon, along with the rest of RHOA's current cast.
The 55-year-old hasn't been on Bravo since 2023 when she starred in season two of The Traitors.
Her presence at the upcoming Bravocon, set for November, has been taken as a sign by most loyal fans that she may reclaim her peach once again.
Sheree has already made two comebacks to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
She first returned in season eight after taking three seasons off, before being fired after season 10.
She returned again for seasons 14 and 15, before being axed as part of the show's shakeup ahead of season 16.
'I believe Sheree is coming back, because if she isn’t why else would she be at bravocon this year?' wrote one fan.
Noticeably absent from Bravocon's announcement was Kenya, who many fans now believe may be gone from RHOA for good.
Despite this, viewers have shown their support for Kenya after she was suspended 'indefinitely' from the show.
The TV personality, 54, showed explicit posters of castmate Brit Eady in a sex act while filming season 16 last year - which resulted in her being sidelined by Bravo.
Brit had been feuding with Kenya since joining the reality series.
In the episode leading up to Kenya's suspension, Brit seemingly threatened Kenya not long after a group dinner.
'I don't play them games, I got whips, pistols, everything,' she had said at the time.
In response, Kenya expressed: 'She's talking about guns, she was talking about, "I still got my pistol on me." This girl is a problem. She gotta go, she gotta go for real, for real. Please let her do something to me, so she can go!'
One fan penned in the comment section on Instagram after the episode, 'What about Brit's threats with a firearm? Production being totally unfair.'
Another wrote, 'Not watching the rest of the season because the season content is just not exciting and Kenya is gone.'
Meanwhile, many other fans have called for Nene Leakes to come back to RHOA.
'I love the new season but it would be even better with Nene back,' one fan commented on social media.
'We need Ms Moore to somehow get back on the show next season or a Nene return,' wrote another.
Some fans have also demanded to see original cast member Kim Zolciak back on screen too.
'Just get rid of Brit and Shamea bring back Nene and Kim and we’re good,' one wrote.
Nene herself has expressed an interest in making a comeback, saying back in January, 'If they called, I would answer'.
