Last night’s Love Island saw Ty and Angel continue getting to know each other, with them ending up locking lips once again.

But this time fans noticed the Barnsley lad kept his eyes open, rushing to social media to have their say. 

One wrote: “Why ty keeps his eyes open the first two seconds he starts kissing a girl.”

Someone else said: “Why does Ty keep his eyes open man?!!”

And a third insisted: “Ty hates closing his eyes when he kisses honestly.”

Since her arrival as the latest bombshell last week, Angel has been cracking on with Ty and Harry Cooksley. 

But last night it became very clear Ty is winning the race - so much that viewers are speculating he and Angel knew each other before the show. 

One person wrote on X: "Did Ty and Angel know each other before the show??...what's all that?"

Another said: "Do Ty and Angel already know each other??"

A third posted: "Ty and Angel waste no time they are cosier than the other couples already.”

A fourth asked: "Is it just me or do Angel and Ty act like they already know each other?"

Others even joked they should leave together now, given their obvious chemistry.

While there's nothing to suggest a prior connection between them, Ty did secretly hit it off with dumped Islander Lauren before they entered Casa Amor.

Ty and Lauren both hooked up in Love Island's unfilmed rehearsal week in May.They were invited back by show bosses to join the series proper as part of Casa Amor where they coupled up with other Islanders.
