LOVE Island fans have been left extremely confused as Conor and Shakira broke down in tears after their split.
On last night's episode of the long-running ITV2 dating show, the pair decided to call off their romance.
Shakira Khan broke her couple with Conor Phillips as she claimed she could not give him 100%.
She opened up to Toni Laites that she had "suppressed emotions" over Harry Cooksley on Love Island.
This is despite the fact that he is happily in an exclusive partnership with Helena Ford.
However on tonight's episode, Shakira and Conor were locked in a very intimate embrace together in bed.
Just hours after their split, the pair were seen cuddling up to each other as Shakira emotionally declared that she was "scared of losing" him.
A topless Conor was then seen dabbing his eyes as he quietly broke down in tears.
However, droves of viewers took to social media as they were left confused by the interaction.
Writing on X - formerly known as Twitter - one fan asked: "Why were Conor and Shakira crying in bed over losing eachother… am I missing something?"
A second enquired: "Why are they both so emotional? Shakira and Conor what’s going on?
"Conor crying? What’s going on in this episode?," exclaimed a third viewer.
While someone else fumed: "I'm so confused by this Conor and Shakira friendship because they haven't shown any of it??"
And a fifth user added: "Confused about Conor and Shakira relationship!! Why are they crying ?
"Thought they said they should just be friends so why the tears?"
