“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” Season 5 premiere won’t be so shah-mazing for Jen Shah in prison.
The convicted fraudster, 50, won’t be with her former co-stars to watch the season debut on Wednesday, Sept. 18 — marking the second without Shah since her prison sentence — but she will have plenty of food on hand to drown out her sorrows behind bars.
The Post obtained Shah’s breakfast, lunch and dinner menu from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, revealing what the reality star-turned-scammer will be eating while counting the hours until “RHOSLC” premieres on Bravo.

Shah’s morning at FPC Bryan starts strong with a heart-healthy meal, including hot oatmeal, whole wheat bread with jelly and margarine, and fruit — but the choices go downhill as the day goes on.
The ex-housewife, who, at one point, started teaching an ab workout class in prison, will have to pick between a hamburger or black bean burger for lunch. Both come with all the fixings, like lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, mustard and ketchup. She can also choose between french fries or a baked potato for her side.

Long gone are the days of caviar and champagne. Shah’s prison dinner on premiere night will be cheese pizza — but if that doesn’t sound appealing, she can opt for pasta with marinara sauce. Either way, she’s getting a garden salad and navy beans to complete her main meal.
Shah began her prison sentence at the all-female Texas facility in February 2023 after being convicted of fraud in a massive telemarketing scheme that targeted the elderly.
The former “RHOSLC” star was sentenced to 6.5 years behind bars despite pleading for forgiveness at her hearing.

“My actions have hurt innocent people. I want to apologize to all of the victims and their families,” she said in court while vowing to pay back all the money she swindled in the scheme.
“I wish I had done better. I wish I could have stood outside myself and seen the harm I was causing and changed course,” Shah shared between tears.
Shah joined “RHOSLC” for the debut season in 2020. She was busted while filming Season 2 of the Bravo show in March 2021. The aftermath of her arrest aired in a “RHOSLC” episode on Nov. 14, 2021. She continued to film during her legal proceedings.

Shah pled guilty in July 2022 to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud for her part in the worldwide telemarketing scheme, which duped victims out of millions by convincing them to invest in dubious online projects.
