Kristen Doute is officially a mom!

The Valley star, 42, has welcomed her first baby with fiancé Luke Broderick, Doute confirmed on Instagram.

"We’ve never known a love like this until you," she wrote in a post on Friday, June 13.

Doute also shared her baby girl's name: Kaia Lily Broderick.

Earlier in June, Doute shared photos of her baby's nursery and spoke with PEOPLE about how she was feeling as she geared up to welcome her little one.

"I am very ready," she admitted at the time. "I'm not going to lie, and I think it's important for moms to not sugar coat anything. I am physically miserable."

"She says all the time that she feels 'large and in charge,' " said Broderick. "She's very aware of her body at this moment."

Although she's ready to be done, the Vanderpump Rules alum admitted that there is something she's a little anxious about.

"I would say I'm the most anxious about actually giving birth, just what the experience will be," said Doute. "You can have a plan, but there really isn't a plan at the end of the day. It's all up to her."

"I would say I'm the most excited about no longer being pregnant! And, as I've said before, just seeing what her personality will be like," she added.

Broderick said he's just can't wait to meet their little one. "I can't wait to touch her and interact with her. I'm very excited," he explained.

Back in November, Doute shared exclusively with PEOPLE that she's expecting her first baby with Broderick after having an IUI (intrauterine insemination) procedure.

"The two weeks following the IUI procedure felt like years. To get a correct outcome on a pregnancy test, 2 weeks time had to pass and I had to wait it out but in my heart I knew it had worked. I tested one day early and got the big PREGNANT result staring back at me," she said at the time.

"I was relieved, overwhelmed, happy, excited and nervous. The second I told Luke, he wasn't surprised, but was SO happy that IUI worked the first time (we were prepared that it may not)," Doute explained. "He was joyful and beyond excited, to say the least! Our due date is in June and we are really looking forward to expanding our little family and becoming parents!"

In December, Doute revealed that she's expecting a baby girl, telling PEOPLE that she and her boyfriend are "so excited" to have a daughter.

"Luke and I are so thrilled to be having a little girl, which honestly was unexpected because I was convinced we were having a boy!" Doute said to PEOPLE. "To find out in the way that we did, to have Brittany [Cartwright] be the one who shared the news from our doctor could not have been more perfect. It was really special to have our family and friends from out of town 'be there' virtually."

"We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives together and to soon welcome our baby girl next summer," she added.
