Ariana Madix is seen explaining her living situation with Tom Sandoval to Katie Maloney in a sneak peek at the upcoming 11th season of Vanderpump Rules.
As Scheana Shay, 38, informed husband Brock Davies that she and their daughter, two-year-old Summer Moon, had been “blocked” by Sandoval, 41, on Instagram, Ariana, 38, told Katie, 36, that “psychotic” Sandoval, who she believed was still dating former mistress Rachel “Raquel” Leivss, 29, at the time, was trying to buy her out of their $2 million home.
“It’s quiet in here,” Katie noted to Ariana as the two of them sat in Ariana and Sandoval’s kitchen.
“He’s in New Zealand, shooting some sort of competition show,” Ariana explained.
In a confessional, Ariana said that in the months since Sandoval was caught cheating on her with Raquel, the two of them had been living together at their shared home.
“Three months ago, when Tom blew up our lives, I was not, like, prepared to be kicked out of my house and start a whole new freaking life. So even though we still live under the same roof, I’ve been able to maintain a no-contact policy. We communicate via his assistant Anne, which is great for me because I don’t have to look at his stupid face, but bad for Anne because that’s literally her job,” Ariana shared.
Because she and Sandoval have yet to agree on the fate of their home, they have stayed there together — while attempting to hash out a deal that suits them both.
“I feel like the house is the last thing that’s tying things. But what I think is psychotic is that he wants to buy me out and stay here,” Ariana revealed. “You don’t have to move and I do? What, are you gonna bring your little pen pal back over here? I don’t f*cking think so.”
While Sandoval and Raquel are no longer together, Ariana believed them to be at the time the scene was shot due to the mail she’d received at her and Sandoval’s place.
“From what I can tell, Tom and Rachel are very much together because they’re sending mail and packages back and forth to each other. She even sent a postcard with lightning bolts all over it,” Ariana shared in a confessional. “Like, get a new bit already.”
Also in the clip, Ariana shared that Sandoval enlisted his assistant to fix the penis flute her friend Logan had broke back in March after learning of Sandoval and Raquel’s secret romance.
“In the latest of unhinged behaviors, he had his assistant glue the penis flute back together,” Ariana divulged.
In another sneak peek, featuring Scheana and Brock, Scheana asked if Sandoval ever got back to her spouse after he reached out to him after the death of Sandoval’s childhood friend, Ali Rafiq.
“No,” Brock replied, noting that while Sandoval “didn’t do anything right,” he was met with an alarming “disconnect.”
“Honey, I literally messaged him,” Scheana insisted. “I said, ‘Tom, I don’t even have words right now. I just want you to know we are all sending you our love and condolences. Please reach out if you need us. I want to make sure you’re okay.’ Didn’t hear from him. I was like, ‘I’m gonna send another message.’ And that one never delivered so I’m like, ‘Okay, he blocked me.’”
Scheana then got on Instagram, where she learned Sandoval had blocked a number of accounts related to her.
“[He] blocked me. Blocked Scheananigans. My sister. Blocked Summer Moon,” she revealed.
